Hello all, I have a question, Does anyone have an Excell spreadsheet made up that covers Protein intake, Exercise per day, Weight/BMI etc? I want to log all of this as an aid for myself, my Dr's (so many LOL), and for best of all my rewards~!! I plan to use it as a way to record my loss and help to see where things are working and not working. Yes I am somewhat OCD, for those that done know OCD (Obessive Compulsive Disorder), I just need a place for everything, but I dont lock the door three times etc. I think I am just being tidy... Anyhoo, if anyone has such a thing and would like to share drop me a line at [email protected] or drop me a reply on here. Nancy at MidWest suggested the idea as an aid for the Dr's should a problem arrise later. Thanks all and I hope this finds all of you that reads this well. Go to fitday.com (add the www.). It counts your calories, fat, protein, and carbs...and it's FREE! You can use their food database to log the foods you eat, or you can create your own food if it's not in the database. You can log your exercise (and it counts the calories burned) and track your weight loss on a graph. There's even a journal function that allows you to record your thoughts or problems with foods. I've used it since surgery, and when I am religious about logging, I find it so much easier to stay on track. Pamela -102
