ok i have been craving fruit dip and finally today was able to make it thanks to susan s/f marshmellows ... i couldnt find s/f nowhere so i am gonna share .... take 1 bag s/f marsh .. 1 box of philly cream cheese and melt the marsh ... and put into bowl add cream cheese and blend w/ mixer till smooth cut straberries up wash and dip them into this it is yummyy

Where did you find s/f marshmallows??

Here's another fruit dip recipe that our dietician just passed out at today's support group meeting: Blend together: 1 box of SF pudding mix - white chocolate flavor is good 1 small container FF Cool-whip It won't have that cream cheese taste that is so good with fruit, but it couldn't be simpler!!
