GNC Liquid Protein

OK, guys. I've sung the praises of GNC Liquid Protein for awhile now. I love the stuff. I've told so many about it that the other day I went in for some and THEY WERE ALL SOLD OUT! Bummer! So, I found out that if you order at least six bottles, that's considered a case and you get a 10% discount. Add to that your 20% discount with your GNC card and it's well worth it. For those of you who haven't heard me sing the liquid protein praise, here goes. I use the liquid protein in Pink Lemonade Crystal Light. It has a "punch" flavor and is red in color. It mixes fine with CL by just shaking the bottle. There is no smell or aftertaste. I find I can only do the liquid protein. The powders tastes horrible to me and they smell worse. My sense of smell has really been heightened since surgery. I can't stand certain smells. The other day, I had to leave Fazoli's where my family was eating because I couldn't stand the intense smells. It made me nauseous. Anyway, if you are having trouble with protein, try the liquid. 3 T is 18 grams of protein. I do 9 T in 24 oz of CL. I drink half and then go to aquasize and then drink the other half. The dietician said as long as there is 1 1/2 hours between drinking it, it should absorb into your system. Otherwise, you can only absorb like 30 grams of protein at a time. If I don't go to aquasize, I drink the bottle over the course of the morning so it slowly absorbs into my system. Try it. You can go buy out GNC in Columbia if you want. Teresa, I just love GNC too. I drink there protein called Ibsopure I just love it.No mixing or anything. You can chill and drink it right from the bottle.How great is that? It comes in many flavors. I love the grape and punch the best.Its 40gms of protein per bottle.The grape is just like drinking grape koolade.It goes down so smoothe.I agree on the smell thing I have the same problem. It comes in cases too.You get 10% off per case.Just wanted to add to your post !! Dawn

Teresa I have a proublem with the after taste of potien and I am having a bad time with it. You are sure there is no after taste with this at all. I will go today and tr y to get me some thank you so much its worth a try I am out of tryes now. thank you Tammy
