13 days post op

Feeling better today. It has been a long healing time but I have Lupus which makes it a slower process. I still can't move the way I want but it's much better. I have lost 25 pounds so far. Nothing the first few days and then 5 pounds the next. About 2 each day since. The pain is worth it and I'm glad I'm at this point. Looking forward to much more in the future. Helen, Glad your doing so well . I have my pre-op appt on Thursday with Midwest. Any suggestions for us pre-oppies? I have a ton of questions for Nancy in regards to my current pain meds etc. Good luck and I am glad to hear your on the losing side~! I hope to be there soon. Gevin Elder
