WELL here I am back again...

WELL here I am back again.. I have had two relatively good years since the surgery.. and yes it was worth it to have this much better health.. an update is definately in order. May 18th I had a double valve replacement, as one lady put it couldn't they just grease the valves and make them better.. LOL am having to walk so much that that is about all I think about.. the pain from arthur wasn't so bad until the last couple days so I think the narcotics from surgery finally worked out of my system. I am beginning to feel the gross discomfort from the surgery.. Once you get the wt off and get to feeling healthier you don't have a lot to write about and when you have to spend a good portion of the day either walking or planning your walks you have a full day planned.. am back on a couple of blood pressure pills and still on my maintance and prn meds, but all in all it is going good. oh am having to take coumadin for a couple more months then I can drop off of them.. dont have to go back to doctors until the week of the 23rd and then have to go three days in a row.. oh well, this two shall pass..to everyone thinking of having surgery and those that have already had it, just keep on keeping on.. it is worth it.. once you get some wt off and get a little health back for however long it last, you will be definately much happier with yourself.. oh one more thing, there are times when I still want to pig out!!! cant so that helps but the further out I get the more I want to pig occasionally.. being forced to comply definately has more advantages.. god bless all.. keep the faith..
