Finally a loser

Well I had my surgery on 5/11/05.. It wasnt as bad as alot of people say.. I was up walking 4 hours after surgery. The worse thing was drinking that stuff to see if you had a leak..I DIDNT. Anyway I am I had it done..It was a great experience..Good luck to everyone that is on there journey Polly T. RNY 5/11/05

Hi Polly! Welcome to the loser's side. I agree with you; that graton drink for the GI test/xray was pretty nasty. The blue ice was pretty fowl, too. I was taking too long with the blue ice, so the nurse's aid told me to drink it and of course I and they had to give me a shot because I had dry heaves. Good luck towards your journey!
