Divide your Calcium dose!
Dr. Henry Bone, Head of the Division of Endocrinology and Metabolism at St. John Hospital in Detroit spoke to our research group at Wash U. Med. School last week. He stated that the body only has the capacity to absorb about 600mg of calcium at a time. So, we should only take 600mg at a time. Just passing this along since some MD's (mine included) do not include this in supplement dosing instructions.
