I live southeast of Kansas City, but just had RNY surgery on Auugust 16th this year in KCMO. They have a monthly support group that meets at the St Lukes Hospital Peet Center on the plaza. Dr. Price was my surgeon.  I went to his support group before surgery and a few times afterward.  The last time I went it was geared towards pre-ops so I never went back.  I haven't been back to his office for 4 years, but I'm thinking of making an appointment

Congrats on your surgery.  Hope you have a quick recovery.  Remember, once the honeymoon phase is over, you will need to eat healthy, avoid bad cards and get in your protein.  Learn now to eat properly.  I've had some regain and it's because I got sloppy with my eating.  My meals are small but grazing gets me in trouble.
