anchor tt

Has anyone had the anchor tummy tuck??  If so after its done did you have to keep bent over for a couple of days?  Did anyone get what some call "the beak"?  At the top of the incision and the skin pops out?  Do you mind it or would you change your decision about that surgery?  I need to make a decision I know the anchor you get more of an hour glass shape but is it worth it if you have a 3rd boob?  LOL  Thanks for any info!!!
