Dr. Hornbostel

Getting close to my 2 year check up.  Has anyone visited Dr. Hornbostel at his new office?  Is it hard to find?  Need new address and phone number.  Lost my letter.

I just had my surgery on Friday with Dr. Hornbostel! He's wonderful isn't he? Well he's in Heartland Health Hospital, and it's Plaza 2, but you have to drive around the hospital a little to find it, but it only takes an extra 2 minutes or so. His phone number is 816-271-6155.
