lol i think it is everything im not suppose to eat .....i dont eat it but man those are the things i want. chips, pasta, bread, everything white i could get hold of ....darn wonder if i can have some sort of brain surgery done? ....if anyone knows of one holler...

Im so busy i think im going backwards at times. I get one huge box packed and then decide to take it apart and put it in two smaller boxes...just keep doing stuff over and over...but im trying to get all of it into boxes the size the post office will let me mail....i think most of it will be cheaper that way...
We arent taking anything that we just cant do without. like sheets ,pillows, towels and clothes lol
will buy any furniture we need , altho the place we bought has two queen size beds already and a table and 6 chairs, a frig and stove  so has the necessaties and we can get other things done as we can....there is a town that handmakes furniture ....you take them a picture and they make it for you....very good quality ....and very cheap....
Im getting excited certainly hope our sale goes well and that we have a huge crowd........as soon as we get the flyers Joe and I are taking off a couple of days and going around to several towns and put them up.....
well got to get back to my rat killing lol.....going tru winter clothes now and getting all of them piled up to not take...since it doesnt get really cold there ...we will need jeans and light wind breakers but that is about it. and that is only during the rainy season.

talk later.

crunchy foods. I have been house bound since my knee replacement and all I want to do is sit and eat...anything crunchy. popcorn, chips, crackers.

Never ate fruit before WLS.  Since then, I eat at least 2-3 servings per day - mostly oranges or bananas.

This week it is fake crab, celery, mayo, lemon juice, red pepper flakes and baby red, yellow and orange peppers.
Who knows what next week will bring?

"WLS is about making better choices, a healthier lifestyle and seeing how little you can eat.  Portion control is the key to all weight loss surgeries.  Bottom line - it isn't how much you can eat - it is how little you can eat."
