I had Gastic Plication surgery in Mexico, March 25 at Obesity Control Center. Have lost over 40lbs and a now off all type II Diabeties meds... Lanus and Metformin. Wanted to corrsoponed with others concerning maintenance diet.

I personally have never heard of that surgery. Can you explain what that is please. Congrats on the weight loss and especially off the meds.

I am not sure if that the same as a sleeve or not but with any weight loss surgery you need to take it slow and stay with soft high protein foods. Sorry I am not more help.
