WHATS HAPPENING FRIDAY
yesterday nothing too exciting ...went to a large shoe warehouse type thing and Joe and I got Teva sandels...man are they comfortable....have straps around the ankle and two across the toes and all of them are adjustable so they always fit well ...love them...and i can buy them online in south America with no shipping cost. great. since we will be wearing them alot.
went out to breakfast yesterday mornning at this resturant called the HAPPY ROOSTER lol cute place and really good food. i had one egg and one piece of toast and couldnt finish that.
feel like my sinuses are so dried up that i can barely breath, a little sniffing but mostly just dry ....bought some salaine soluting yesterday and that seems to help some. I guess it is just way too dry here for me. ...at least my bones dont hurt most of the time. they didnt hurt at all in Ecuador , i guess because of the alltitude. dont know but they didnt , only my shoulder once in a while and i dont think that is like arthritis. it is something else entirely.
.
well i think im getting sleepy again now lol so will get another few minutes of sleep

Hey Jan and all my OH friends,l
Been away a long time, but just picked up my wireless doodad and now I can keep up with the board better. I am on my own truck now, I decided to sign up with an owner operator leased to Werner. Have a really nice Frieghtliner Columbia, not brand new but a 2007. Has a CAT C13 engine and runs great.
Will have to stay out here and keep running for a while, the bills really piled up when I wasd in training and could only pay stuff like the electric so there would be heat at the house.
I am loving it out here, but I miss my Friends and Family. Did get to come home for one day, just to pick up my permanent CDL. Now I plan on being out here for at least 3 months. If I get through Springfield I can stop for a visit, but will take my first real time off in June.
I need to close right now, my break is almost up and I am on my way to Memphis to swap my load with another driver so they can go home. I will be heading to Louisianna after the swap.
When I get stopped for my next break I plan on reading up on the board.
HUGS to all of you. Hope to see everyone posting.
when you get to where you can take a vacation you need to come to Ecuador and visit us when we get moved down....love you and keep the wheels side down.

Its much cooler today and cloudy. I really enjoyed the sun yesterday. Hope you all have a great weekend.
It is sooooo cold this afternoon. Thought it was supposed to be sunny and warm but it's NOT.
Don't have any plans for the weekend and that's good since I have all the moving stuff to get done. I only clean every other weekend and this is not a cleaning one.
For all of you that know how I forget I'm not normal - I did it again yesterday. Went to lunch at the Union Club here at school and they had corned beef and cabbage and boiled potatoes. I only had corned beef and a little cabbage but I either ate too fast or didn't chew well enough and boy did I have a couple of bad minutes of being stuck. Chewed up some papaya tablets and stayed in the restroom because I really felt like I might throw up but it passed on through and I was fine. Went home and John had cooked - you guess it - corned beef and cabbage. I made sure I cut the meat in tiny pieces and chewed forever - literally it took me 15 minutes after John was done. But I felt fine. Every once in awhile I need a smack up side the head to remind me to be mindful.
Jeannie, I'm so happy for you. You have done such an amazing life change.
Good report from Randy about Brenda today. Praise God.
Hugs to all.
