I was a member right after surgery a couple years ago and my log on will not work now so i changed it.
I also moved to a new area and would like to know if anyone knows where to get the bulding block supplies in my area.
I live in Excelsior Springs now and work in north K.C.
Still doing good with the weight, I started at 426# and now at 215# !!!!
Dont mind being called 1/2 the man i used to be either

You've done a great job with your weight loss!!  I'm almost 3 years out and maintaining my 70 lbs. lost.  Want to lose another 20-30 but I'm pretty happy where I am.

they are the vitimans i was told were the best to use after the surgery. I used to ce them in Columbia but waqs hopeing to find them here in the K.C. area
