Well im up having some back pain...havent been hurting in over a month so it work me up this mornig....dont know if it is difference in temp, altitude or what but dont like it again.  My sister , Kathy and i are going to have micro dermabrasion done this morning ...she has been having it done for awhile and it has been helping the texture of her face so i will see what it does to mine but i have been using that Youth Code stuff for a month and i can see some difference especially in the area inbetween my eyes and above my lip they are not a deep anyway , even with my new glasses on. which im about to get use to....Joe has almost quit holding my hand when i walk lol  they are progression lens and it did look really weird when i would look down and was walking but am getting use to them...they sure have made me realize how much i wasnt seeing.
Well someone or something that was said on facebook told Sugar before i could about us moving to Ecuador and she didnt take it too well....She said that she doubted she would ever get down there to see me but she never came down to my house in Cedarcreek to see me either so im use to that. I think she was there maybe 3 or 4 times ...i know it is a long way down there but .....anyway i love her and hope she gets over it....we are doing what is good for us....we live on Social security for the most part and i just dont think it will be around for much longer. so we need to do what we can to be able to live. Just everyone keep us in your prayers so that this doesnt mess with our relationship too much. I think we will be back and forth home more than normal anyway after we get our permanate visas we will be able to buy airfare for half price ...
I see Brenda is maybe on the upside again. I sure hope she gets back to her old self before long....i know this will really make her mad about losing all that good muscle tone she had before all of this started. bless her heart. everyone keep praying for her ,
love all of you hope everything is doing good.....will be puttting more picktures up on facebook today so will have something new to look at lol ....

Jan,
I read the Facebook post yesterday where you told that you were getting a wonderful place in Ecuador. I know that you'll enjoy the weather and the new adventure. It is good to stretch ourselves when we get a little older and set in our ways. I am sure the people there are welcoming and warm. Latin people in general are loving and caring. You never know - I might come and see you after I retire.
Hugs and best love,
Lana

Welcome back Jan!!  You have been missed.  Ecuador sounds beautiful.

We moved 2 weeks ago and love the new place, but I still have a lot of stuff to put away.  Will be so glad when everything is in place and I can really enjoy it.

My SD is very unhappy with her father for moving.  She still asks him to pick up the girls and do this and that, but he has said no a few times.  It's only 7 miles over there, but an inconvenience plus the price of gas is a little high.  She's really going to be mad when I tell her I'm not altering the dance costumes.  I have arthritis in my right hand so hand sewing is difficult.

I'll take a look at your pics on FB.  Is it really hot down there in the summer?
