Wow has the board been quite or what? I guess Jan is the glue that's keeping us together. I hope she is having the time of her life but decides to come home soon.
I hope everyone is enjoying the sun and warmer temps. Have a great Sunday.

Suzy,
Thanks for posting today. I miss Mama Jan too! I hope she's having the time of her life!  Can't wait to see the pics!

How is Brenda Nutt?  Is she still in ICU at Bothwell? I'm praying she has a complete recovery.  Barb S - didn't you suffer from the same thing?  Was caused from the gastric by pass?  Seems like you told me this summer but I don't remember.

I've been suffering from depression for a few weeks.  I think the weather is a huge factor.  The temp is suppose to be close to 60 today.  I'm planning on taking out my youngest poodle, Sophie, for a walk today at the local park.  She's a 1 1/2 and I think she'll like it.  Roxie my 3 1/2 year old poodle has never liked going for walks.  She's afraid of everything.  All I know is that I need some fresh air and I need to spend some serious time talking to my Lord!  I know He is still there, it just seems that He's been silent for so long.

We've been trying to get our roof replaced since the first week in January.  Needless to say, haven't been able to get it done because of all the snow we've got.  With the warmer weather this weekend and this coming week, the roofing company is suppose to start on it tomorrow.  Said it should be done by Wednesday.  They're taking it a little slower because our yard will be a sloppy mess and they don't want to tear it up.  I'll just be glad when it's completely done!

Sorry, didn't mean to ramble.  I'm going to get off here and get ready for my walk.  Hope all of you have a great Sunday and a wonderful week ahead.  At least it's suppose to be warm this week!

Debbie, so sorry you're feeling depressed.  I'm sure the weather is a big part of that.  I've taken Zolof for several years but I was feeling so anxious so my doctor put me on Prozac.  It took a few days for it to kick in, but I'm feeling better.

My son had a court date he was very concerned about and so was I.  The weather has really been a bummer.  So tired of snow.  Then there's the move.  I hoped to wait until April but we got a good deal so we're moving on the 23rd.  We have a ton of stuff to get rid of, mostly lawn equipment.

I have really enjoyed this weekend except for the mud.  The temps are great as is the sunshine.

We started going to a new church in December and I really enjoy going.  The minister is great.  It's the first time in a very long time I've been excited to go to church.  I'm also taking a Bible class.  My faith was really tested last year, but I think I'm back on track now.

Hope you had a great walk.

Hi everyone.

Debbie, Brenda is still in ICU but doing much better and yes, I did have the same thing in 2005. It is a terrible thing to go through. I was in ICU four days. Sounds like hers was worse. I do understand what she is suffering with. Mine was from not producing enough scare tissue to hold the rerouting of my small intestine in place. Depression has been terrible for me this year but went to a specialist on the medications and she has worked wonders. Can now see a light at the end of the tunnel.

I hope Jan gets this out of the country out of her system!  LOL

Hugs
to all
Barbara

PS: Debbie did you find a dress you liked and did you have fun on your mystery night?
