What's Happening Super Bowl Sunday

Hello MO Peeps!!!!  There's not a lot going on here but since Momma Jan is off traveling (safely I hope) I thought I would put the daily post out there.  We woke up yesterday morning to about 5 inches of surprise snow.  I was beginning to think the weather man had messed up again since the night before he said we were getting snow but when I went to bed at 1:00 a.m. we had nothing.  Of course he did screw up cause he predicted a dusting to 2 inches!!!  Since we didn't have anywhere to go early it wasn't too bad and it was pretty.  By late morning the roads were clear and we were able to get out and hit Wal-Mart and Aldi's.  We spent last night playing on the Wii with our roomies.  That's always a good time.  Today we will be watching the Super Bowl and all the pre-game activities.  I did manage to get a few bariatric friendly food items on the menu.  I personally don't care who wins the game since the Rams (or even the Chiefs) aren't in it but I am hoping it's a good game and of course I am looking forward to the commercials.  Well, I hope everyone is having a fantastic weekend, staying safe and staying warm. 

I'm not a football fan at all but hubby will be watching.  I'll be reading while he watching the game.  It's cloudy and dreary today.  When we left for church it wasn't very cold, but temps have dropped about 20 degrees.  We had a gift card for Olive Garden so went there for lunch.  We split the Tour of Italy, but I brought all mine home.  After the salad and a bread stick I was full.  My son is coming tomorrow so I'll give him the lasagna and fetticine(sp?)  I just can't eat much pasta. 

We are moving the end of the month so I'm busy getting things ready to give away or sell.  I'll have a bunch of stuff on craigslist.  I need to take a photo and get them posted.  Hope to get enough money to pay the movers.

Dee you and I must have posted almost at the same time yesterday....lol   great minds think alike huh....today at 3 we get on the plane to go to Ecuador. wont be able to post until tomorrow at the earliest and may be a couple of days if i have to find a hot spot ...not sure if the place we are going to be staying has internet but there are wi fi spots everywhere everyone says.....
