Hey everyone I have been MIA for a while but all is GREAT!! I cant believe I am 1 year post op still unbelievable! I had my 1 year post-op appt this week I have lost 109 pounds could be more but I will take it as long as it keeps dropping! LOL...At my appt the surgeon said I have a small hernia and suggested if I wanted a tummy tuck to get it done at the same time to save on operation fees...My question is does anyone know of a good plastic surgeon in the Springfield area I have insurance through Cox Network. Thanks in advance for your help!!

I can't recommend a surgeon with Cox but having a hernia repair and tummy tuck at the same time would be a great idea and some of the cost could be covered by your insurance.

I had a hernia and tummy tuck in July at Cox.  Dr. Hawes did my surgery and I have to say I couldn't be happier.  In Sept I had my arms done and a chest lift by him as well.  All outpatient at thier new outpatient center, which is really NICE! Best of luck! Lou
