oh yippeei got back into my jeans all but one pair is still too tight but at least i got in one pair couldnt do that last week ...lol looked at the scales and have only lost 2 pounds but ------it is two pounds.....

does anyone have any stacks of newspapers or boxes of packing peanuts ????i need to pack up my good china and some things. want to completly declutter and make things look bigger ....then if we do move we will have some of this stuff already done. i have used up all the newspapers i have and bubble wrap that i have ....guess will have to go buy some more.

Way to go Jan!!!!! Great job getting back into those 10's. And you are right, two pounds is two pounds.  We gain it one pound at a time and that's how we have to lose it.

Not sure how much snow we are going to get.  Right now they are saying St. Louis metro should get 2-4 but they don't know.  Wish they would just admit that, lol.  The worst thing about getting snow on Monday/Tuesday is that on Wednesday I go for my mammogram and since we don't have a car that means taking the Metro Bus.  That means walking 1/2 mile to the bus stop, waiting on the bus, waiting on the next bus, walking 1/4 mile to the mammogram place and then doing it all in reverse to get back home.  Hopefully the busses will link up right so I don't have to wait too long.  I'm excited about going with Michael on Wednesday since I will get to weigh.  I'm really hoping that scale shows some progress

Michael and I didn't do much today excep****ch football.  I did run up to Schnuck's (grocery store) to pick up medicines that had been called in and a few things that they had on sale 10 for $10 (basically $1 a piece, hehe).  I'm still doing good with my food/protein intake.  I even noticed tonight that after eating 1 1/4 cups of food, my pouch was full.  It's been awhile since I've actually felt my pouch full especially with such little food.

Well, I hope everyone had a great day.  Bundle up, stay warm and stay safe.

Just checking in as it has been a long time since I was here.  A lot has happened in the past few weeks.  I have applied for disablity and I lost my younger sister the 29th due to pnuemonia, copd & kidney failure.  She wanted off life support and let the doctors know that so the guilt was lifted from us.  I have been having a little trouble getting in my protein and meds with all that has been happening but I will get a handle on it some way or other!

Take care my friends...
