just remember they are NOT a suggestion they are somthing you HAVE to do for the rest of your life...there was a guy i know of just recently that didnt take his and didnt eat right and didnt take in enough protein and he died and i can tell you more than one that this has happened to. you have to be healthy....not skin and bones. you are doing great on your weight loss just remember to be healthy too. dont mean this to be a meannie post just always concerned for everyone. i guess i think i am everyones mom lol ....

No offense taken at all Jan. You know I was having lots of trouble with the shakes so I'm trying to get all my protein from the foods alone - that has been tough, but I think I'm about there now. Will concentrate on the vitamins this week. I sure don't want to mess this up - it's just I get lazy and don't want to force myself to do the vitamins because they're sometimes icky.

Good job on the weight loss, but you really need to get in your protein requirements daily as well as your vitamins. I didn't like all the calcium tablets, so I got a jar of calcium crystals which I add to my shakes and the raspberry chews.....love them. I get these from Bariatric Advantage and get auto ship so no shipping charges.
I was tired of the shakes I was having so I got a can of Unjury chocolatre. Customers were saying it's good in milk and tastes like chocolate milk without the smell that some powders have. I like it and it's a change. It also makes good hot chocolate.
