Hello Jan and everyone. I've been coming in here from time to time, to check on everyone. I've been hurting lately with my back, I have degenorative bone diease. I guess it appeared once I turned 50 this year. Its been hard for me to sit and lay for very long. I go tomarrow for an MRI. I also have Kidney surgery on my left kidney AGAIN. Jan 17th. They cant figure out why I keep getting big stones. Its kept me sorta down in the dumps lately. But I wont let it get me that much down though. I know Jesus is with me. I sure miss you all. Jan I won't ever forget you and Joe, and the rest of the bunch on here. I need your prayers because I will have to tell you. Im very scared. I lost 270lbs to be healthy and now Im coming up with spine problems and kidney problems. I called Marge and talked to her one evening about seeing Doc again. I need to stop losing. I feel nothing now but skin and bones. I have no fat to support my frame anymore and it hurts lol. I will over come this. I just got too. I just needed to come say hey to you all. That cheers me up . Iam very sorry I dont post more often than I do. Jan, I hope you all have a Merry Christmas. I will continue praying for you all too. I hope you're all doing ok. Take care. God Bless and keep you safe always. Craig

Hi Craig want to know if you are taking and have been taking since surgery any calcium? and if so how much and is it Calcium Citrate....calcium carbonate causes kidney stones and isnt good for us at all in other ways. .....and the back problems were probably there because of the weight you carried for awhile...i know mine is and even tho we might not have noticed the pain too much , because we didnt do anything....it was still there.
good luck in finding out what is going on and anything to help it. Me i take two naproxin sodiums and a previcid every morning. helps with the pain doesnt get rid of it just makes it bearable...
good to hear from you again....take care and come back more often.

Hey Craig,
Good to see you on the board but sorry about your problems. I second what Jan said. Calcium Citrate for sure - I take lots and fell last fall and broke a bone in my hip and it healed in 6 weeks so well that the doctors were amazed. I'm sure it's the vitamins and supplements I take that caused such a rapid healing. You will be in my prayers. Don't be a stranger.
