whoops missed yesterday didnt I ? came on several times and meant to do it but always got sidetracked one way or the other i think....

Tomorrow Joe has to have another MRI done on his back ....the last injection that he  got hurt him really bad and he could hardly move at all for the rest of that day and the next....and then he will have to have another nerve conduction test. from the looks of it if things keep happening like this it is sure going to put us late in the winter to be getting out of here. darn i just dont think i can go another winter here. Joe will have to let me go by myself if nothing else. and i surely dont want to do that to him for sure. oh well we will see.

Baked 5 pumpkin rolls yesterday....ran out of stuff so will get more stuff today and do the rest of them that i need. and of course Joe can eat one a day lol so after i fix them i wrap them in foil and store in the freezer.

well going to get this posted ....talk to you all later. love and hugs.

I wasn't on the computer at all yesterday.  I had oral surgery at 8:30 so I was lazy the rest of the day.  Very little pain which surprised me.  I saw my regular dentist Monday afternoon.  He said I had 2 options. The tooth on either side of my permanent bridge were abscessed and loose.  I could have a root canal in both and a new bridge made for $5,000 or they could be pulled.  The extraction cost me a $100 co-pay and I got relief.

I made a Pumpkin Roll last night to share with my team that is doing a Red Bag for a little boy.  We're wrapping the gifts tomorrow.  It doesn't look so pretty but it should taste fine.  There's a recipe on Bariatric Eating that is for WLS so I'm going to see how it differs from my recipe.  There's no way to make mine healthy.  I'm really watching my sugar and carbs.  I so want to shed at least 20 lbs.

Jan, you wouldn't really go off and leave Joe all by himself would you?  He would be lost without you.

I am not sure if I am happy there is snow in the forecast or not. I love watching it fall if its big fluffy flakes but then I am done. I do not like the cold air that comes with it.
Hope everything goes well for Joe and he isn't in pain.

They may take the chest tube out of my brother today, which will at least be some progress. He is still on the vent but they have turned it down some and are trying to wean him off. He is still heavily sedated and no one can really communicate  with him. He can respond to commands at times. Its just going to take a long time. Sunday will be three weeks and it feels like forever. He is in a lot of pain. His face shows it and he nods when asked if he is in pain. I may go back out there in a week or so and stay to help out his wife.

Thank goodness Dh can fend for himself. I hope everyone is recovering from their surgeries and doing well.
Susie
