Can you believe it is Dec 1st already? where in the world did this year go? I have been working this whole year, and i was only going to work maybe a couple of months when i started it was just to help pass the time away during the winter so i would nt get so down. and i worked the whole year. good grief....didnt mean to do that . lol  This is the time of year that we all get busy with so many things that we think have to be done. before Christmas. dont know how many of them are going to get done out of me this year. Im just not to much into Christmas it seems. Im more excited about our trip this winter....Ihave so many things to find out before we go ....like do i get a visa before or after we get there....lol i know we have to get one but not sure when. Guess i better be finding things like that out huh ?

boy did we ever clean house yesterday and still didnt get done.....today im cleaning out and straightening up the cabinets , once again. i dont know how they can get so disorganized ...if i ever build another kitchen i will not have any thing but drawers on the bottoms of my cabinets...you can never get to things in the bottom cabinets without being a pretzel or real young. and in cabinets things get way to the back and you cant see them it is like a black hole in there so you have to pull everything out and then you just shove it all back ...i guess that is how they get so disorganized huh? guess i need to get some of the slide in and out shelving to put in there. I did do that on this one cabinet i have and it make lots of difference. love it.

Sun is shining thru my living room window and makes me remember , oh no you arent trru cleaning yet....those windows are awful they are just filthy when the sun shines thru lol  well maybe i can get that done today too. at least i dont have to go outside to clean them they tilt in but it still is cold to open them up i bet.

Have a great Hump day everyone. talk to you later got to go pull everything out of the cabinets. make a big box of things for the girls to take if they want any of it. im going to pare my stuff down getting way too much. only use one or two pots and one cookie sheet and not 6 dont know why i have so many of them . lol

Barbara love you hope to hear from you today.....Susie  still praying for your brother.. am praying for all of you ..love ya

Jan,

When you get tired of working around your house, there's always room for you here at mine. I don't know why I hate housecleaning so much, but I'd rather do anything in the world than clean house. I just hate it. My MIL came out for deer season last year and re-arranged my kitchen cabinets (she kept saying "I don't want to be bossy") me, I was happy she was doing it. I'm trying to find a way to save some money around here so I can have a lady come in and do some cleaning once a week.

What a pretty morning. These cold frosty mornings just put me in the mood to go hunting (DH and I are big hunters - birds mostly). Dogs are frisky this morning - and happy to run around while I cleaned kennels today. Frost on the ground up here - and snow on the ground near Kirksville. And the blue-est sky I've seen in a long time. Winter is a'coming.

Prayers out to Susie's brother - hopefully he's improving daily.

Ya'll get on outside today and "Blow the Stink Off of You." Enjoy our awesome Missouri outdoors, just wear a good hat and gloves!

Jane, good to see you here today.  I'm not a fan of housework, but I do like things clean and orderly.  My mother wore me out with house cleaning.  I swore I would never do it when I had a home of my own.  She moved all the furniture out every Friday to vacuum behind it.  There was never any dust in our house.

I had someone clean my house once.  She didn't empty trash cans and I thought that was part of cleaning.

What kind of dogs do you have?  I have 2 Shih Tzus.

We have beagles for rabbit hunting, a Vizsla that is MY dog, a Chesapeake Bay Retriever that is DH's dog, and an English Pointer and German Shorthaired Pointer that are our dogs. I foster for the Columbia Animal Shelter and we always have an extra one or two (or four) hanging around as well.

Will likely add another English Pointer to our group this winter (she is a foster from the shelter). She is showing great hunting instinct, so I think she'll stay. Plus she has the best personality and will make a great house dog as well. She is 2 years old and our Pointer and Shorthair are 10 and 9. Getting a bit gray in the muzzle to be serious hunters.

Jan, feel free to come to Raytown to clean.  I'll even supply the cleaners and a vacuum cleaner.

I had my protein coffee. Made it with Hazelnut flavored coffee and GNC's chocolate carmel whey powder.  When I first had surgery, I had that about every day.  It tasted good.  I sip on it driving to work and left it in the car so I went right back and got it.  I didn't want to waste that scoop of powder.  So, there's 25 grams of protein.

Greg talked to his attorney yesterday.  He will have some fines to pay and a small attorney fee.  He told the attorney he is attending church and going to AA so the attorney said that was great.  He said he will try to get Greg a temporary license for driving to look for work and driving to and from work.  He will also see about him getting the breathalyzer thing put in his car.

Can't believe it's December 1st.  Where did the year go?
