WHATS HAPPENING SUNDAY

got up late and am now getting ready for Church....today is my youngest babies birthday  good grief she is getting old ...dont know how that happened lol ....called her and wished her a Happy Birthday....she said baa humbug lol told her to wait till she was my age and you would be glad for the birthdays again

Jeanie you said you wished you could go back to 3 months when you were losing weight so fast....you arent too far out that you cant do that again....leave all breads and things like that alone,. eat protein more and drink more and more water....get the protein up to 80 grams and water make sure you get 64 oz daily and do some sort of exercise every day ...doesnt have to be a lot can do 10 mins at a time 3 times a day even ...you are still new enough that you should still be able to lose a lot of weight really fast. ...you are looking good  ....hang in there girl...

well i need to get this posted ....a friend of mine brought me a flower over this morning wanting to know if i could fix it lol it is about dead but i took it out of its tiny little pot and added new soil to a bigger pot pulled some of the roots apart and cut off a lot of the leaves and then watered the heck out of it. told her to leave it with me for a few days and i would see what happens to it...

We went to the 9:30 service AND......Greg went with us.  He liked the minister.  Don't know if he's a convert yet, but he wouldn't admit it if he really liked it.  I picked up an angel from the tree for needy children.  This little girl is 5 and wears size 14/16 in pants.  That is so sad.  I'll buy some clothing and some of the playthings she asked for.

Greg did go to the Recovery group at the church Friday evening.  He seems to really enjoy that.  Now, if we could just get him to AA.  Max is working on that.  The GF wanted to come get him, but he's not wanting to go home.  She constantly reminds him of his problems and he doesn't need that.  He knows what he has done and the problems it has caused.  They argue all the time.  I couldn't live like that.  Max and I don't always agree, but we have never had an argument in the 18 years we've been together.

Weather was great yesterday.  Max got the front yard raked.  Today is warm but very windy. 

 Jo if she is five and wears a kids 14-16 she is big. I can wear a 14/16 in girls jeans. I have some that fit fine. To wear a size that big they have to be way to long for her because they are long on me. I hope someone helps her. That is sad.

If I do not get back on here before Thanksgiving I hope you all have a wonderful time with family and friends. I will be pretty busy and doubt I will be back for a while until I know if my brother is ok. Keep me in your prayers as well.
