Waynesville / St Robert / Ft Wood Support Group Mtg this Sat.

Good Morning All,   Just a friendly reminder that we are meeting this Saturday at 9 am at the Pulaski County Library in Waynesville.   With the holidays fast approaching we will all be tempted to partake in foods that are not friendly for us. IF you have a tasty treat that helps you, please bring your recipe and if you have time in your busy schedule a sample would be lovely.   We also have a few new folks who are heading to the losers bench that will be attending, they have a lot of questions and need our support as much as we need theirs. :) Many are just starting out on finding the right proteins etc. If you have a tasty protein you would like to bring to share please do so, or a  protein  recipe even would be nice.    Hope to see you all there, have a great day!!   Mary
