Surgeon Suggestions for St Louis

Can you provide some recommendations for St Louis Surgeons for the Band or VSG.
 
I expect to have to go through the appeals process in order to get VSG so a surgery team that has experience with appeals would be greatly appreciated.

I used Dr. Scott at DePaul in St Louis.  He is very knowledgable, efficient and has done over 3500 surgeries.  I was going to have the VSG but Medicare does not pay for it, yet.  I did not want to wait till they did so had the RNY.  He and his partner Dr. Morales were both great.  Their office number 314-644-6800.  Good luck

Dr. Richard Follwell with the St. Alexius New Start Program is awesome! They do seminars all over the St. Louis/Mo and southern IL area. Also Dr. Richard Norbertson is great too, in fact Norbertson and Follwell often do surgery together.  Dr, Van L. Wagner is good but I think he is out of wentzville now? Good luck!
