Sunday What's Happening.....

Decided to post Haven't heard from Jan today so am guessing no word. I will call her in a few and let your all know what I find out.

I have to finish canning my "Ripe Tomatoe Relish" today. Have already canned two batches of Cucumber Relish.  Hubby loves this stuff. We have had so many cucumbers this year had to do something.

I've checked here twice hoping to hear positive news about Jan and Michelle.  Michelle is probably fine, maybe she decided to go back to Texas or maybe she met someone and has gotten sidetracked.  The things our adult kids put us thru.....

I didn't get a thing dones yesterday around the house.  We went out for breakfast, stopped at Home Depot and Aldi's.  In the afternoon I visited my friend in the care center then went to Target and the grocery store.  Hy-Vee was having a 12 hour sale so it was a madhouse.  Don't know if it's worth saving a few dollars when the store is crowded and lines are long.

Starting today, I'l going to really watch my carbs.  Woman's World has an article about DNA testing to see what your diet type is.  The test is $149 so i won't be doing it, but there's a quiz you take.  I tested out for the low carb diet.  I have to stop tasting this and that and telling myself tomorrow I'll really watch what I eat.  TODAY is the day!!

Where is Debbie?  Haven't seen her, Becky, Susan or Lou here for awhile.  I'm probably missing someone.

Thanks Barbara for the phone calls and prayers....MICHELE CALLED... her car broke down at the edge of OKLA and she spent the night in her car ...her cell phone still not working. she said there nwasnt more than one or two cars all night on that rode she was on. and wished she had went ahead and gone on the tow road. anyway she said it was almost noon when someone stopped and picked her up , the man said he was a mechanic and would see what was wrong with it. He and his girlfriend or wife took her to their house and then he went back to see if he and his buddies could pull it to the garage and check it out. supposedly no one had a cell phone that worked or was out of minutes out where they were. finally really late last
night she called....im sorry i didnt get on here sooner but i think i just conked out from worry and fatique....

I know that she has done some wild things and know that possible some of this isnt true but...at least she is alive. for now ....
Thanks so much my wonderful friends.....hopefully she will be home today sometime .....will just have to wait
and see i guess. not going to worry anymore about it.  Yeah famous last words huh?

Jan, I'm so happy for you!!  I had some things to return to Walmart so took them back and as soon as I got back got on here hoping to hear from you.  I totally understand you wanting to shake her.  Try not to worry but I know too well hard difficult that is.

Well she is finally home....now i can quit walking the floor....thanks everyone for the prayers. 

Good news!!  She oughta be spanked....LOL.

SOOO glad to hear there was a happy ending!!! But I'm athinkin she may wish you would just shake the daylights out of her instead the tongue lashin she is gettin. I remember when I was young thinkin will ya just whip my butt and get it over with!! LOL
Hope this is a new happier beginning for your daughter and hope you get some well deserved rest.
