This morning the scale said.......... (drum role please)

198!!!! Yes, I just typed 198!!!! Me in onderland...wow that is amazing. I have not weighed under 200 since I was 15 years old, and that was 30 years ago. I had long lost hope that I would ever see a one in front of my weight number. There is hope. There is life and I am thankful!!!

I remember seeing numbers below 200 and that is exciting. Now I would like to see 150 or less.
