WHATS HAPPENING ITS FRIDAY

Im so tired this morning, I had to work as charge last night and had two admissions , and the aides were a piece of work, not wanting to do what was asked , the patients were wild and roudy, if it hadnt been for the Med Tech doing a lot of stuff for me i think i would have went completly bonkers. I was so tired and worn out that as soon as i got out of there into the truck i slept all the way home , and went to bed right away , just now got up....i think i am going to give my notice in a couple of weeks , i dont know if i can take much more of this.  
Oh yeah we finally passed on the State audit....was never so glad in all my life to see someone get out...

I guess today is just going to be like the last couple of weeks , hot  and muggy, im so tired of this weather it make my body swell. i hate it. I know i cant stand real cold either but im really misreable in this wet sunshine....like breathing water.
well i will quit griping now. lol i just read all that i read and sound like an old codger griping about everything lol .  just had to vent a little....

my flowers are doing ok even in this heat but most of them that are in bloom right now is zinnias and marigolds and balsum, they like the heat and sun...so it is ok.....at least we have lots of color. I really need to get out there and pull some weeds but i just cant seem to make myself do it.

My daughter Michele will be here either today or tomrrow....she finally got away from that idiot that she was with. He got thrown into jail and they have found all the old charges on him to add to what they got him on so he is probably going to prison. hopefully .....i had to wire her some money for gas but she drove half way yesterday and called me this morning and said she got up to leave and she has a flat, so the maintence man at the motel has taken it to fix it for her....so she should be here around 5 tthis afternoon. hopefully anyway....pray for her safe travels ok?

got to get this posted and get off here i have to go to work again today but get to work as med tech and i like that better. not as much pressure.....  love you all.

I am pooped too, it has been VBS week at our church so I have been coming to work at 8am and getting home after 10pm every night! It wears me out but I wouldn't trade it for the world. I had the 4th graders, 22 of them! They were awesome!
I've been battling the scale and the urge to eat the last couple of weeks. Today I got on the scale and it said 200.0!!?!! Really, can't I have the other .2 of a pound so I can see a one first!!!! Anyway, it'll come, I agree with Jan about the humidity and my exhaustion making me swell, hopefully a weekend of rest will get the scale moving in the right direction.
I will be praying for your daughter, for her travels and her life changes too, We can sure understand how hard it is to change things in our lives.
Today is quiet at work, all of the ministry staff is off on Fridays so it is just me, it will be a long afternoon trying to stay awake and focused! Hope you all have a wonderful day.

 I know you worry about your kids.I sure hope she can get things figured out this time. Maybe she needs a good dose of MAMA to et her straight. Lord knows I have one who worries me. It doesn't matter how old they are they are still your babies.

I am still moving slow and have lost a couple more pounds. I promise I am eating. I even added carbs. I know I can still go down a few more without any problems but it is surprising me. DH is on his way home so I know he make sure I eat.

Stay cool if you can, next week is supposed to be even worse.

Jan, just vent here all you want.  I couldn't do your job at the nursing home at all.  I know the money is good, but it's a tough job.

It was hot when I left for work this morning.  Our flowers look good but Max keeps them watered. 

I finally did it!  I didn't snack last night.  Max's snack was a couple of bite size ice cream treats and 2 FF cookies.  When I look at those cookies, I think about that nasty sweet taste I got from them.  I drank 2 big glasses of decaf iced tea. 

So far today I've had Click with Almond Breeze, protein coffee (chocolate Isopure and a splash of German Chocolate Da Vince.....very tasty) and half cup of plain yogurt with half a cup of Fiber Plus cereal.  There's a meeting today and lunch is being brought in so I hope they're done by 1:00 so I can get some Cobb Salad. 

Jan, glad your daughter got away from that evil man.  Maybe she will stay close to you and get her life on track.
