Update, new pics hopefully soon...
I had to share a wow moment with you all...
Yesterday I had to take my 14-year-old bra shopping (she would die if she knew I typed that). We go to Cacique which is attached to the Lane Bryant store in Columbia plus I also had a coupon if you spend so much you get so much off. Well after we both found bras, we went on the clothing side because I had to spend a little more to get the money off. So, here I am looking for size 20ish shirts, found a dressy size 20 one then found another shirt - a graphic tee that I liked - but alas looked at the size and it was a 14/16. Then I held it up and thought that looks big for a 14/16 I think I'll try that on. So right in the middle of the department store, I try the shirt over top the shirt I have on (yes, the redneck in me came out in all her glory, where the heck is my modesty anyway?) and IT FIT! My first thought was it was mis-sized so I found a jacket that was 14/16 and tried it on...and again IT FIT! Needless to say the size 20 didn't come home with me, but three other shirts and a jacket did (and of course the bras)!!
Wow, where the heck did my body go because the person I still see in the mirror doesn't look like she fits into a 14/16? Now just to get my brain caught up with the idea that last year I was in a 30/32 and this year I'm, OMG, in a 14/16. Thank you Lord...and Dr. De la torre!!
I still after 7 years don't always see it in the mirror. congrats!!!
