2 Year Surgiversary Today!!

Two years ago I started my new life.  Today, I am recommiting to losing the rest of my weight.  Although I'm happy where I am, I'm still considered overweight according to the weight charts.  I need to eat healthy and exercise.

Two years ago I was on 3 BP meds, acid reflux meds, Ambien and thyroid.  Within a month of surgery I was off all the meds except thyroid and WLS doesn't change that.  A lot of money has been saved by being off all those meds.  I have way more energy, my self esteem is much better and I'm just a happier person.  Losing weight doesn't cure all your problems, but it sure helps a lot.

WLS was a little scary to me but after dieting for 35 years and never getting to goal, I decided it was the best thing for me.  I'm so glad I did it.
