Open to everyone- Pre-op, Post - op & support people, even if you are just thinking about taking this journey you are invited.
We are asking everyone to bring some samples of protein drinks / supplements that you use, Just so everyone can see and try the different brands that are out there.
Since Protein is such an important part of our diets now, we all hate to spend money on something we can not stand to take. So this is a way to share what you have, even if you dont like it or you do like it, and let others try it out. Plus what you hate may be what someone else loves. :)
If you have protein you do not like, and would like to have a protein swap / or sell it at a discount to others bring it along.
