Crab Meat Burritos
8 oz. crab meat
8 oz. fat free or low fat cream cheese, softened
1 cup salsa or picante sauce
1 t. cumin
3/4 t. salt
8 low carb flour tortillas
shredded lettuce (optional)
Combine crab meat, cream cheese, 1/3 cup sauce, cumin and salt. Spoon 1/4 cup crab meat mixture down center of tortilla. Drizzle remaining sauce over mixture. Roll up and place in baking dish which has been sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Serve with shredded lettuce if desired.
Serves 8 if you use the small 6" tortillas. If you use larger tortillas, cut them in half after baking.

Thanks for posting the recipes today! I'm definitely going to be trying these. I think I'm going to try this one next week with the boys are gone. Do you think the mixture would freeze?
