WHATS HAPPENING SUNDAY

Oh my go**** sure does take a long time to get onto OH sometimes.  It has taken it into its ( mind)??? that im no longer a member and wants me to join or sign in every single time i come on now. dont know why, I have contacted them and ask them and they say useless things like clean out your cookies , well i did and then everything i have that requires  a sign in and password has to be re done. and of course all of them work well after that but not OH....it continues to want me to sign in and then it takes for ever , well 15 minutes to be exact to get it to accept it and finally get back onto the Mo. board after it takes me all sorts of places i dont want to go and didnt even knew existed on OH lol ...but ------TA-DA-----finally here i am ....

i just got up which is late for me im usually up by 6:30 even if i worked the night before. guess i was really tired...we just keep getting more and more residents. which is good but  also they wont keep up with hireing more help. they say they will and then they say no one applies...and all sorts of stuff. they just want us to work our butts off trying to take care of more and more people. what they will get is more and more skin tears from people trying to hurry too much and then they will gripe about that too which they should but it cant be helped if they wont hire enough people ...
well off my soap box about that this morning im sure that isnt interesting to many people .

You should see my lilies. and i would take pictures of them but i cant get my camera to always work . It will work for a picture or two and then stop and i have to let it rest for a while it seems. Maybe it is getting old like the rest of us lol ....I really need a new one , Im going to go to K mart or somewhere and see what they have this week i guess.  anyway right now the big huge lillies are all in bloom , red, yellow, white, pink, orange, just beautiful. they look like they are made of wax. and they are so tall this year too. they have multiplied probably 4 times the amount that i planted a few years ago. the day lillies are starting to bloom too but they sort of pale in comparision to the others.
My zinnias and marigolds and balsum are getting up bigger and will be about ready to bloom when the lillies stop i would imagine. some balsum in one bed are already blooming ...they are really pretty just spread like crazy .The girl i work with and her husband are suppose to come out monday. the ones that tried to get out and got lost , i told her we would meet up with them and lead them in. It can be pretty confusing to get out here if you dont follow the directions exactly as they are given .....

i havent heard anymore from Jeanie about her husband. has anyone else heard anything? I was hoping her friend that lives fairly close to her would let us know something but not so far.

I guess i am going to have to miss the meeting on the 11 again . darn this will be the 3 one in a row that i have missed and i dont like that. never have missed one before this 3 for years since before i had surgery. pretty good record  but i cant get anyone to change days off with me , yet, im still trying .

I got up about 6:45.  During the week I have to drag myself out at 6 am but when I'm off, I'm wide awake very early.  I made a low carb Blueberry Pan Bread from George Stella's cookbook.  Pretty good stuff.  I've marked several of his recipes to try this week.  He and his family lost a ton of weight on a low carb diet. 

Last night I made Baked Pasta with whole wheat spaghetti.  Very good and so easy.  I baked it in pie pans and made 2 so I can take 1 to my niece today.  She moved last weekend and I was going to take dinner last Monday but it didn't work out.  I also made Cream Puffs.  Hubby loved them.  I had 1 last night but I'm taking some to her and Max can have the rest. 

I'm starting my Atkins today but I'm going to have more fruit than they recommend in Phase 2.  Maybe I'm wrong, but I don't think the carbs from fruit will hurt me like those from bars like Fiber One, etc.

Max got his upside down tomato planter put together yesterday.  It will be interesting to see how it does. 

Another hot, humid day here but it is June and we're in Missouri.  Three weeks and I'm off for a week.  Really looking forward to that.

Jo today wasnt too bad as far as hot and humid but then it is back to normal for Missouri in June tomorrow. but it still isnt as bad as some places i have lived. Like Houston Texas. oh my go**** is 95 with 90% humidity. you take a shower and even with a/c running full blast you are wet before you get out of the bathroom all over again. ...in the summer there the humidity is so much it rains with the sun shineing. they call it liquid sunshine lol that sounds pretty until you live there ...
I guess that is part of the reason that i like Tucson so much. NO HUMIDITY.  ...

I bought one of the upside down planters last year. didnt like it much but i have seen some that grew great. ....

Good morning to all.was soo nice and sunny here when we first got up now it is all cloudy again.look's like it may rain any time.we never know what this crazy missouri weather will do.

jan work sure is keeping us busy.when i set the tray's up last night we had them all filled.our two racks hold 80 tray's.i think there may be one or two going home today not sure so our number's keep on going up and down.that is people we feed.there is 2 or 3 on feeding tube's.
we sure did look like twin's last night.sometime's i wear that top with a different color pant's.andy and i both work this friday too.

jo we know you are ready for your week off now.you can get  a lot done in your woman cave.your baked good's sure do sound good.

lana good to see you on here again.we will get to see you one of these day's again.

Susan population tonight was 81 so i guess someone did go home because we have 2 tube feeders to add to your 80 trays must have been on the unit that someone went home. 

I am going to see if i can get someone to trade with me on Friday so i can go to the meeting. I miss them when i dont see them ...

i may be coming up to go to the pool with you sometime. maybe we can work out together in there. Huh?
