What's happening (for Jan) Tuesday??
Maybe we'll get a support group going in my area. Looks like there's at least 4 people close to me so that will be great.
Not much happening for me, just work and TV tonight. I'll record DWTS so I can FF thru the parts I don't like like Kate. I didn't care much for Erin and Max's freestyle dance last night. Tonight is also the finale for Biggest Loser.

Good afternoon OH,
Sounds like we might get a thunderstorm, at least it's making noise right now. Been busy working, had to take today off to slow down a little. I love being back to work though.
Jo~I won'****ch tonight, and I missed last night so just want to know who wins in the end. Ameican Idol tonight is a mus****ch. I have rooted for Crystal and Lee. Just can't wait to see who wins.
Tomorrow I can start eating real food again, that's going to be a challenge. I can eat someting like Wendy's chili or Taco Bell's refried beans, but if I try to eat tilapia just pan fried or baked I get some mile pain. Think I'm going to try poaching it and maybe get some salmon. Did make some white bean and chicken chili and did just fine with it. So going to do what they tell me and introduce one thing at a time.
DH goes Thursday for Cardiologist, they called him and said his potassium levels are way to high, he will stop his potassium pills, then Thursday they are going to look hard into what is causing the bloating and swelling. I have been doing almost all of the cooking and low sodium and low fat so don't think the food has anything to do with it. Hope they figure it out.

Hello to all.has been looking like rain here off and on all day.have had some thunder.i got good report's from my doctor's today.my toes is looking much better and the foot doctor said i do not have to see him anymore unless i really need to.i have been seeing him every two week's now for a while.
i also saw the blood sugar doctor and she said my lab's that i had done in april at my one year check up were perfect.my cholesterol was way over 200 last july now it is below 100.my triglycerides were around 382 now they are 82.she said i have done very good with my weight loss.i do not have to see her either until 6 month's to a year from now.my blood pressure was 100 over 86.
i was shouting all the way home and thanking god for everything.
jo with soo many thing's on tv tonight we will have to record something.this way we can fast foward all the stuff we want to and get to the good part's.hope your day at work was good.
jeanie rae we will be praying that they find out what is wrong with your hubby.i love fish too but i can only eat certin kind's and made a certin way.sound's like you are doing great.keep up the good job.

I really can't wait til Biggest Loser! I hope Micheal wins!! He is so inspiring. I love him. If not then Koli is my second choise.
I have three grandsons now. My youngest was born on Sept.4th. His name is Mason Dale. Shayne just turned 5 and Gabriel will be 4 on July 11th. I get to go see them about once or twice a month. they live about 2and ahlf hours away. In Moscow Mills, MO.
