What a beautiful morning...sun is shining!!! Jan, we lift you and your family in prayer and love!!!

Busy week-end here...oldest grandson graduated high school last night...so exciting...470 seniors...can't imagine going to a school with that many students....our local high school where I will have the next three graduate (two in the next two years) had only 20 graduate last week....getting ready for the celebration tomorrow after church for this grandson and twin neices whom graduated last weekend. What a family weekend we will have.

Hello to all.sure is a bright pretty morning here.hope the sunshine stay's around for a while.

barbara you sure do not look old enough to have grandchildren that graduated from school.kid's sure do grow up fast.hope you all have a great time at your family dinner.

jo how did your classes go for you.hope the weather held up for you all so you could have your shed built.

jeanie rae my one kid when she goes outside and the grass is wet it look's like she is trying not to get her paw's wet.lol.when the grass is wet she will go on the stone's in the driveway.but in the winter she loves to run in the snow.they act just like human's.

It's sunny, warm and windy!!  I used the AC in the car.  I don't like the windows down and my allergies don't like all the dust and stuff coming in the window. 

The shed is up and will be finished tomorrow.  Max was able to plant some things today.  Now he has to go thru all the stuff from the shed.  He is a bit of a pack rat.  I'm one to toss things that I'm not using.  I like everything organized and labeled.  He is very neat in the house so I don't say anything about he shed.  That's his territory.

Jeanie, constipation has been the only problem I've had.  I've always had problems but nothing like now.  BE is bariactriceating.com.  I go there occasionally.  The owner of the website had RNY about 9 years ago and has been quite successful.  She sells a lot of products but she is pricey.  I did buy several of her protein powders because people raved about how great they taste.  To me, they still taste like protein powder.  Once these are gone, I'm going to get the Pure Protein at Walmart and save a lot of bucks.  Anyway, someone on that board said you shouldn't take stool softeners with probiotics and I was doing that.  I've taken the stool sotfeners with laxative from Walmart and I think my body has gotten used to them.  I use the generic Miralax daily once, sometimes twice.  No sure it's really working.  I have a couple hernies caused from straining......I know.....more info than you needed.

I had my second tutor workshop and have been assigned a student.  I really enthused about this project and just hope I can be oif help to my student.  She does read but needs to improve her writing skills. 

I'm off here to fix dinner.  I really wanted to go out but Max has worked outside all day so he's not fit to go anywhere.  I have some Kielbasa so I'm grilling that and fix kraut and potatoes. 

Hope Jan has found some help for her brother and that her daughter has been in contact with her.

Susan, if it's raining my babies won't go out.

Hi. Jo, have you tried the cvs brand "senna"? it was on the list of things Ku med center told me to get (the "senna" not  necassarily cvs brand)  anyway since i've been taking those 4 a day (every morning w/ coffee) I haven't had a problem, I still do not "go" every day, but at least every other and it is not "hard" , It has been a huge relief, I had trouble with a hemi or two also.   I don't worry if i'm not everyday , since I think often we simply don't eat enough,and extra protein is constipating, as well as not enough fats and  carbs...all those things are wicked with our bowels

Jan , just to let you know I will keep you and your family in my prayers, nothing seems to hurt as much as "family troubles" be it our kids, grandkids, or siblings-parents health. when it just gets to much to bear, give it to God...I feel weird saying that, since it is me that often needs that reminder, but it's true.


Went to some great garage sales today!! found all sorts of goodies, I just love bargain shopping...though it seems anymore I don't come home with much other than clothes bonanzas for my grandbabies, I think my ideal would be to own an upscale re-sale shop, then I could shop all summer long to my hearts content, and sell it all to start back over...not so much guilt either lol  Hope everyone enjoyed the beautiful weather today as much as I did, I got a bit of a sunburn on my face , won't help with the wrinkles..lol  love, hugs and health everyone, Susan A

Thanks for the Senna tip.  Someone on the BE board suggested Senna so I got a bottle and have been taking 2 every night but starting today I'll take 4.  I'm a little leary about taking something like that in the morning before I go to work.
