WHATS HAPPENING THURSDAY
I got my sweet potatoes in the ground yesterday, in between rains.....also got a lot weeding done, then planted zinnias. If the sun will ever come out after this rain the zinnias will be growing like crazy.
I have lillies opening up now.so far the ones that are opening are the bright pink ones. they are really pretty. the daylillies wont be far behind them...I have been getting all the double white daffodils out of the flower bed where the daylillies are. they are crowding them . so am transplanting them around the outsides of some of the pathways and flower beds.s I am planting them pretty thick so next year there will still be a good showing. when i got those from a lady about 10 years ago she gave me a total of about 25 so i scattered them here and there. lol now one of those single flowers has multiplied to about 25 or 50 in a clump. quite an increase. and i have given lots and lots of them away.
it certainly did rain yesterday afternoon and last night. we got===================================21/2 inches....sorry to take so long , when i went out to see how much rain we had gotten of course i got to pulling some weeds lol. it is like an addiction when i see weeds i have to stop and pull them. i would put preen down in the two huge beds behind the house but i have all sorts of seeds planted in there too and it would stop them from sprouting so i just continue to pull the biggest of the weeds and wait till all the annuals that are planted in there grow and cover the weeds...whenthey all get to full glory the flowers win out over the weeds lol just takes awhile
Yesterday Joe helped me and we cleaned the closet out and all the winter things , except the ones we discarded, went into a big plastic bin. and we got all the summer things out and hung them up. for right now it is nice and neat. lol i know it wont stay that way for long but right now it is...
I have some things that are too little for me and some things that i just wont wear like jeans that fit but are straight legged..not my style and then i have several things that are two big for me ....thinking we need to have another clothing exchange at one of the support meetings....need to ask our leader about it and see about it. anyone else have clothes still in the closet that they dont wear or that have gotten to big on them?
well got to get and get busy today. looks like we might have more rain , and i need to go start on the ARK building....anyone want to join me are you to busy building your own.? lol

Good morning to all.sure does look cloudy here at the moment.i think we all will need to build a ark soon to get around in.lol.jan i know your plant's love this rain but i think we are getting too much now.the lettuce you gave us was good.fresh garden veg are alawy's best.andy is going to springfield another day.he will take a whole day off of work to do it.hopefully it will not be storming either.see ya on sat.
lana good to see you on here again.good to hear you are not in much pain.thoses pain pill's do make you feel like you are in another world.i would not like to feel like that either.

Susan I am working tomorrow , Sat and Sunday glutton for punishment lol since CP just quit we are having to fill in some. horrible when you think it is all going to be good then someone else quits. we were suppose to start having 5 on at night every night and then C.P. just quit so that put us back down. darn....
Yeah the plants are getting too much water right now. needs to quit when you need more lettuce holler....i was wondering how much of that would it take to make en aough for everyone at the home? or at least the ones that can eat it? ask your boss and i will see. I hate to see it go to waste. She would have to add stuff. to it

Jan it is the guy in the office who will yell at us if we go over our hour's.i did not know cp quit.i thought she would have given some notice when she was going to quit.i am not sure how much ashley has lost but i know mike is down to 299 pound's from 526.he said he never was below 300 in his adult life before.see ya tomorrow where you may be in there.
i wish you could have too more for meeting you than the clothes but maybe one day...

Another soggy day here. The weekend and next week is supposed to be in the 80s. It will probably be hot and humid and I'll want some AC.
Jan, Michael and Ashley are in the top 2 on BL. Koli and Daris are in the bottom 2. All Koli can think about is winning the money. They all went home for 30 days. Daris gained 2 lbs. He ate alot of food late at night. People could vote whether they want Koli or Daris to be in the final 3. I forgot to vote but I would vote for Daris.
Max's pain free leg didn't last long. He leg was bothering him again last night. I'm sure he will have surgery.

Jo is Biggest Loser s final on the 25th ......hope so im off that night.
Dont discount the shots for Maxs leg....Joe had to have his for his back done 3 times before they finally got the exact right spot and they had to increase the amount of m6eds too,. the first time they were way off point and didnt put enough med in there either. so finally they found the right spot and got it .....even with insurance it cost us about 100.00 every time he gets it done but he gets 3 shots in a row and then is ok for at least 6 to 8 months....
Im glad that Ashley and Michael are the top two...they deserve it they have worked their hearts and literally their butts off. that is a shame that Daris ate too much when he was home...that is the way some people are tho they are just so addicted to food. such a shame that he had that great oppertunity and is going to blow it. that is what happens to some of the people that have weight loss surgery too tho. they lose the weight and then the next thing you know they are gaining again. we just have to be diligent.
I have always like Daris but Koli is a good guy too....and at this late date in the game the money has to be on everyones mind.....how much has Michael and Ashley lost so far. Cant wait to see them at the end.....
