                 Any get togethers of weight loss people in or around Jefferson City ?

Hey Allen, yes we have a monthly support group meeting at Capital Region Southwest (the old Memorial Hospital) through Missouri Bariatric. It is usually at 5:15 p.m. on the second Monday of the month. It is a group of really good people and a very informational support group. I am not sure if there are others, this is the only one I have attended.
