Susy it is called Dieters tea and is sold at wal mart and is in the regular tea section. ...it really does work and taste good too. the brand is Luci Le Beau and is a cinnamon spice flavor.  in a brown box with yellow writing. you should be able to find it with all this lol

stool softener routine.  Cinnamon tea is my favorite.

I haven't been back to Zuma.  Last Thursday I carried a big box and messed up my neck and had a bad headache.  Monday night I had to go to Verizon to get my phone set up.  I do plan to go tomorrow evening.

Good morning to all.thie week sure is flying by fast.time does fly by when you are having fun.lol.i work today and then i am off the next two.have errend's to run tomorrow and i hope by friday my glasses are in.

Susan i work nights again on tuesday....then i am off till saturday unless someone else wants a day off....they have found out that im a soft touch...going to have to draw the line somewhere soon. i almost worked full time this last pay period and this one isnt looking much better.
I have so much to do in the yard right now and i am tired and dont want to do any of it.
Yeah the ladies just loved my iris....they ohh and awwed over them all night , i would imagine they are gone now tho. they dont last long after you cut them.

Susan W. I think today I finally rounded a corner, in the pain dept. I haven't taken any pain meds today....yet lol tho I probably will to help me sleep, I am a side sleeper, and the darn drains are so uncomfortable wah wah wah i know lol.(tommorow i go back to the doc. he should remove the last 2 drains and hopefully ..maybe some stitches )  Thank you for the kind words of "youngness"   made my day hon!! you have a great day as well. Got the drain out and everything looks great. Lost 8 pounds after surgery, which for me is awesome. Got to eat a chicken tender pureed for supper and man it tasted so good. Stayed down, took about two bites of my sweet potato just couldn't eat anymore so that's good.

Susie~Late Happy Birthday. My son's tend to forget my birthday, but that doesn't bother anymore. Now I have changed my birthday to May 3, so they will never get that one. LOL.

Thank-you all for the words of encouragement and for being there. We have a long day tomorrow so need to post this and go to bed. Will See you all at the meeting on Friday.

way to go Jeanie....wow you lost 8 pounds in the first week ? most people retain so much fluid that they are good to have gotten just that off the first week ....You da bomb girl...!!!!!!
