No rain yet but it's in the forecast along with very chilly temps.  Oh well, we aren't running the furnace or AC so we're saving a little money.

I was on here earlier and that darn line was across my screen.  I was hoping it would be gone but it isn't.

Max's BP still isn't right.  The doctor added 2 more Clonodine and that made it too low.  Last night it was a good reading but first thing this morning it was way up again.  He really stresses when it's up because of the fear of having another stroke.

Tomorrow we're going to a nursery to get a couple yucca plants.  I just love them but they are hard to find.  I have a plan for another area of the yard and want to put a yucca, a clamatis and 3 knock out roses.  I'm just not a gardner but I am enjoying planning and supervising.....LOL  He has a brush pile that someone is going to haul off so I did offer to help him break it all up and put in bags.  Of course, I will have to wear my gloves.  Can't have these hands getting dirty and messy.

I have a dental appointment at noon tomorrow.  After that I hope to work in my woman cave.

Hope Jan is ok, just busy today.

Jo i got in contact with OH about the line on the screen , they said they were aware of it and wereworking on it to see what was wrong. If they would leave things alone on here and quit (improving) things then they wouldnt have thes e silly problems. everytime they ,improve, then they mess something else up...it is getting so hard to axcess this site because they have so many ads on here.
I sure hope Max gets his blood pressure down and stays down. I know it is very sressful to him , which doesnt help his blood pressure at all

that is a different combination of flowers . would love to see how it looks when you have it done. I do have climbing roses and clematis on my back fence together. they look great together. they intertwine and look really neat.

Susan thanks a lot for starting the Whats Happening post , I really appreciate it....no nothing wrong just got busy this morning and then the people showed up to look at the rental house. they really seemed interested. I hope and pray they are. ....if you all would say a prayer that we get it sold.  They run a siding , guttering and soffet company ...i told them we might could even work out something about taking some of the price off and them put gutters on for us on our house. we will see.

Oh wow the one that got let go in the kitchen? was she the tall dark haired lady?
dont know which one it was as far at the aides goes. ....working part time i hear so little about all the drama that goes on there lol

wow the weather sure did turn off chilly.

Hi OH,

I'm doing so good, I have to pinch myself to make sure I didn't dream this whole thing. I'm not having much pain at all now. The drain still a little bit of annoyance, but am keeping it drained and changing the dressing everyday, hopefully Dr. E will be able to take it out Weds. when I go for 1 week follow-up.

Have really been hard on DH, he has been not cleaning up after himself and not putting things where they belong after he uses them and I blew up at him today. So bad that I told him to get out of my house. He has health problems, but he can help himself by doing excercise and making himself do things instead of sitting around all the time, and he just won't put out the effort. So today when he didn't hang his oxygen hose up and just left it lay from the bedroom down the hallway and in my way, when I sweep I have to deal with his hose as well as the one I'm wearing, he had an excuse that it just wore him out to pull it up and roll it so it can be hung, I just blew up at him and said I was tired of all the excuses and if he wants to just sit around and wither away he needs to go somewhere else and do it. I felt bad afterwards, but it makes me mad that I have gone through all of what he needs to do and he just acts like he's the only one that has to do it.

OK I'm done venting. I love him and if he would start working with me I will do what it takes to help him. I just can't make him want to work.

I love you all, am gonna get off here and go to bed. Still get tired pretty fast, and that's ok cause when I take a nap I fell like a whole new person when I wake up.

Have a good evening, will talk to ya all later.

Jeanie i know it is really upsetting you to be doing everything for yourself to get better and Hubby not seeming to care about his health...I guess you will just have to accept that he doesnt want to . I know what you mean ,,,Joe wont exercise or do anything to make himself feel better either. He does do things around the house tho. so i cant complain about that for sure. but his back and hip and shoulder would feel better if he exercised them some.
Just know that you can come on here and vent any time you want to lol better us than poor hubby lol

Im glad you are feeling so well. hopefully you are drinking enough liquid ok?
And are you suppose to be sweeping the floors yet? even tho the surgery was laproscoply it was still surgery ok? you need to watch what you do for about 4 to 6 weeks anyway all right?

hope to see you on the 14 and would love for you to come down and see me sometime. the iris are going to be winding down here in another week or so. ...but the lillies will be blooming about the time they start dying back.

do as the doctor tells you to do to the letter and you will do great.

Hey, Jeane, I am not trying to make light of any of your hubby issues at all, they can just be so plain doggone maddening sometimes for sure !!!! What I was going to say is this, with the rapid weight loss you are experiencing right now, it really messes with your hormones and make you feel a bit out of sorts, little things can turn to big ones quickly....I know been there..in fact since my t.t. all my pain meds have turned me into a crying bear sometimes. I know when your body starts getting in a little more nutrition you will find yourself feeling a whole lot better, for now just take care of yourself, do things YOU like to do
(not hubby or anyone else) give yourself a break, let the house "go" for awhile. Come on here and vent away, that's what we're here for. love and hugs, Susan A

Jeanie , Yep everything that Susy just said too. ....i forget to tell people about the hormones because i was way past that but younger women need to be told that so they will be aware that it may cause them some turmoil....and to not make decisions to fast. ....They say that as you lose weight you release a lot of hormones that have been stored in the fat cells and it can cause some wild mood swings....

Golly I too experienced those crazy mood swings and still am as I have lost a bit of weight again recently fairly fast.  I hate those mood swings as they "mess" with me.... One time I came in the door... nothing wrong any more than any other time and I stood inside the door and just bawled!   I felt so stupid!  I would and do withdrawl and just struggle with "stuff" only later to realize it was not all that big a thing in my world.

If that's what's going on with you I sure feel for you and will pray you make it thru it with "grace and poise" ~tee hee I'm just razzing with you a bit there.  But do know it's not abnormal and we sure can sympathize with you either way.
