WHATS HAPPENING THURSDAY

Well i got called into work , that is ok i will have 7 days on this next pay period ,wow the best i have had since i started working. I could work full time practially but dont want to. Hopeing I can get some things paid this next payday that i need to get paid. So go to work today at 2....

Joe and i worked ourselves into the ground yesterday. we cleaned and weeded and dug and tilled and replaced dirt with Sphgnum moss for the Azelas that i bought a couple weeks ago at the festival..let me tell you that was a job and a half. after we got them planted and watered and then spread about 4 inches thick of the cypress mulch on top of the whole bed it was a big job ....

we rested for about an hour took a shower and then headed out for town and bought , bird food, dog food , chicken food and people food. time we got home it was 6 pm and i grabbed a couple of pizzas out of the food i had just bought and stuck them in the oven. you know use to i could eat about 3 slices ...now it is all i can do to eat one. and that isnt eating all the crust. 

Well i was going to do a lot more weeding and some planting seeds today but wont have time to today....maybe will get it done tomorrow will have to see ...if it is raining as hard as they say it is going to it would just wash the seeds away anyway so will see what happens. the last time it rained really hard we didnt get much of that here. one time it rained hard the rest of the time here it was just a nice gentle rain. 

well got to get ....need to call the beauty shop and see if i can get in tomorrow to get a hair cut. 

 
 

Good morning to everyone.the sun is out here soo pretty at the moment.but they are calling for rain the next few day's.
i was going to post yesterday but got doing some thing's around here and the next thing i knew it was time to leave for work.time sure does fly by when we are having fun.lol.

jan i will see you sometime today at work.andy and i sure wi**** was friday already.we are both off this weekend.we got another new lady on the unit last night.

jeanie rae glad to hear your liquid diet is going good for you.hope to see you soon at the may meeting.

susie your surgery date will be here before you know it the way this year is flying by.you will be a new woman all over again.

pooh bear sure good to see you on here again.we missed you.

jo sound's like you have a really nice garden.you ever get the chance come and see jan's.it is really pretty.

bec tito is just too funny.our kid's are like that.chrissy will cry for me when i come in the house.she is wsatching me all the time.when i was away for the few day's when i had my surgery she came into the bathroom with me and waited to make sure i was coming out of the shower and not leaving her again.lol.my dad call's our kid's his spotter's.beacause they watch our every move.

Susan i think i am working the unit....im working for Glenn but i refused to do his meds they take me way too long and those people are so so picky about how they get them and when ,,,,Glenn has them spoiled rotten lol....but it makes it hard when you come in and the MAR says to give it at 5pm and they are use to getting it at 4pm ....really hard to know what and when.
see you sometime i guess lol when you work the unit you dont get to go much of anywhere. I hope that really really good aide is there tonight , I forgot her name but she works the unit a lot but i think she works mainly at night. anyway. see you later.

Jan, you make me so tired when I read about all you do.  You are one energetic woman.

No dirt digging for me.  I supervised Max and let him plant.  Just not my thing.  I'm much better in the kitchen or the craft room.  He went to the nursery and bought more stuff.  I thought we had plenty. 

I'm wearing my new dress today and have gotten lots of compliments.  Several remarked that I had lost so much weight.  I may wear this dress every day!!  I am going back and getting another one.  It's very comfortable and flattering.

I tried the Roadside Lemonade flavor of protein samples.  Not real impressed.  Guess I was hoping it would taste like the fresh lemonade my mother made.  It's ok but I wouldn't buy a container of it.  My favorite protein powder is Isopure and of course Click.  Click doesn't has enough protein really.  I use 1 scoop so that's only 8 grams of protein and it has caffeine, but I do love the stuff. 

The wind is blowing something awful and it's supposed to rain tomorrow and Saturday.  This Saturday I plan to sew all day.

LOL JO that is what my husband says , he says cant you just sit down and enjoy the fruits of all your labor , i tell him no because i look out there and i see this weed that needs to be pulled and then i see more when i get out there to pull this one or that one. lol

so far the wind hasnt started blowing here. i guess it will wait till it gets dark so i cant see what it is doing. that is my biggest fear ....i dont mind the wind blowing in the day time cause i can see if a tornado is coming or something but at night i just go from window to window...crazy huh?

sounds like you need to get that dress in all colors lol ...i bet it looks good on you.

well better go get ready for work got to leave here by one to be there by two. and need to get in the shower and wash my hair and wash the funk off lol

  

Good Evening OH,

Didn't have to work today so we came home and spent the afternoon resting. Guess I'm deflating, felt tired all day and the energey kind of fizzled.

My DS brought our mulch out today and showed the nitrogen in it. It is yearold sawdust and is really gonna be good for the garden.

Jan~I have been seeing the wild iris growing along the highways and I love them, I can't wait to see yours. I think we will be taking it slow next week, if we do any work DH will have to do the lifting and I can maybe do the walking.

Susan~I can't wait til the meeting in May. Sometimes I wish there were two COF meetings in the month. Reading about your babies kind of makes me want one. Our baby died last year and I sure do miss her. She was 15 when she passed.

Jo~Makes you feel good when you pick a dress and someone tells you how good you look, I would go but a dozen of them.

Well my DS and GS are here so guess I will post this and get off here so I can visit with them.

  

Jeanie love your new look , you are going to look so fancy when you start losing weight like a house afire. wont be long now....what 4 days and a wake up wow!!!!! only 4 days more. whoo hoooo.

Im off work tomorrow come on down. i have some beautiful iris in bloom....i am trying to down load them on here but they wont load. I dont know what they have done to the picture program ...they are always messing with this site. make me angry and none of it is an improvement over what it use to be.

I will try to get them on facebook , i know you can see them there.
