1st day of liquid

Gotta make this short have to work today. I am commiting to sticking with my Dr.'s plan so I will have a successful beginning to my "NEW LIFE". Will get on later if we don't have a super busy day like yesterday. Love all you wonderful friends I have met and shared with on this board.

You've got this! Working will help you get through this first day and then after a couple you will find your appetite decreasing and the weight flying off! Call me if you need anything!

You can do it!!  Take it one day at a time.  Keeping busy will help.  Hope you don't have to cook for hubby.

 You keep telling yourself  this is only for two weeks and for two weeks I can do anything. One day at a time. You will be so glad you did this and trust me after surgery it will get easier.  Just get on here and type away if it gets really tough. It helped me. You can do it.

Thank-you all for the support and encouragement. So far so good. Am making sure I log everything I consume and have plenty of gum and popsickles.

Hope DH can put up with grumpy me for the next few days. Like to tear his head off a couple of times, and he didn't really do anything too bad. Once he just moved the wrong way when I made a mistake driving. LOL. I did apologize.
