I'm back!!1

It has been a long time since I been here. But I am definitly back. Need support from everyone. I have had a job for the last two years that I sit at for 10 hours a day. Well i have remedied that  little situation and recently took another job. THAT I HAVETO MOVE AT!!!!!!!! Also have been without a computer for the last two years. bad , bad deal therre, bc I lost communication with All of you. i apologize for that. but just bought A NEW laptop and I am read to lose some more weight. i got down to 168 and ove the past two years I have crept back up to 220. i would really appreciate some advise on plateAU BUSTERS AND JUMP STARTIN THIS BABY AGIN. pLEASE HELP. lOVE YOU ALL AND HAVE MISSED YOU TERRIBLY!!!!!! LOVE YOU PATE~

Hi and welcome back,

I'm pre-op and I know that several of the girls have done a 5 day diet that helps get the pouch back in shape, I'm sure Jan or somebody will tell you how they do it.

Keep coming back, without this board I would have given up, I have my surgery on May 3, and also need the support I get here to help me through my journey.

hI it has been awhile hasnt it?    do you remember your liquid diet that you was on after surgery? do that for a few days a week if you can  will help de-carb your body and will help you get back on track....protein first. lots of water. and vitamens....are you still taking all of what you are suppose to?
multi vit.  complete vit B....Calcium 1200 grams. spread out over the day  you can take 600 gram ...but not with iron ....lots of rules are you still following them?
when was the last time you had your blood test run?

This is a good place to visit daily.  I sit at the reception desk so I sit all day.  I do get up and walk around the conference room several times a day and on my break I walk around.  I do miss being about to go up and down the stairs several times a day.

I'll be 2 years out in July and have lost about 70 lbs.  I still need to lose another 20 and would like tolose 30.  I've not done the 5 day Pouch Test but I am starting today to do a low carb diet.  I got in a bad habit of snacking and although my snacks are considered healthy they are too high in carbs.  I can't eat much at a meal but found that snacking is way too easy.  I highly recomment the Atkins New You book.  It has some great info and isn't like the old Atkins plan at all.

BariactriEating.com recommends the 3 day liquid protein plan to de-carb.  They have some great recipes too. 

Good luck!!  You can do this and just think how proud you will beel when those pounds fall off.
