WHAT'S HAPPENING SATURDAY

Jan is out this morning so I'll get things started this beautiful Saturday.  The sun is out and it's supposed to be in the 70s.

I thought I was going to paint the kitchen but Max says he will do it tomorrow.  Today he's going to mow yard and work outside.  I'm so ready to have the kitchen finished.  It's been a work in progress for a month.  No word from the painted that was supposed to be here yesterday to paint the ceiling.  The guy does great work but isn't very dependable.

After a little housekeeping chores, I'm going to work in my woman cave.  I'm anxious to get started on some new spring and summer clothes.  It's been years since I sewed for myself.  Wasn't much fun making those big sizes.

I'm cooking beans with the ham bone from the Easter ham.

Hope all of you enjoy a wonderful day.

Good Morning OH,

Had a great COF meeting la  st night. Learned a few things and really absorbed so much support and freindship. Our speaker was very good and the topics she covered were the things that I think are important in WLS journies.

Jo~I think sewing your own clothes is so awesome. I have never done much sewing, but I think I may try as I lose weight to sew some tops. I did sew in school and can remember making a cordoroy suit in like the ninth grade, it did turn out ok, don't remember the grade for it, but wasn't a disaster.

Love beans cooked with ham, am making DH spaghetti tonight. He can usually eat off it for a few days. I start liquid on the 19th and think I may start doing a meal a day of protein try to get it into my head I won't starve to death.

Got some catching up to do on facebook, so will post this and check in later.

Have a good day.
