WHATS HAPPENING THURSDAY? ALREADY? WOW

Joe and i went and looked at the condos in Forsyth yesterday.....didnt think before looking that we could live in something like that but they are really neat....and i could have all the area in the world to plant stuff ...there is lots of common area that has been just left to nature between the condos and the lake that could be planted .. and lots of other areas that things could be planted in . We are thinking....Joe is getting really tired of mowing and doing. and really so am I....it is beginning to get to be a little too much on the both of us...way down here.    but we love the hunting and fishing and the look of the area in the spring and summer. ...Joe doesnt think he could live full time in AZ....he said he just thinks he would get so tired of it ....so maybe just for the winters. ...i guess we could sell everything and buy a motor home but do you realize all you have to get rid of ? wow lots.....not even many clothes could be hauled around with you....one good thing tho would never need winter clothes if you always went where it was warm lol
We are just kicking things around ....knowing that we are going to have to made a decision about all of this one day soon. Once i get to where i cant handle all of my flowers and beds and things that i do now....Joe wont be able to at all. I outdo him 3 to 1 now....He is good for one thing a day about, and sometimes that will put him into bed for a day. I want him to be able to fish as much as he wants. If we had a condo and a boat slip all he would have to do is walk down and get in his boat and go. and he knows enough people around in the area that he would have places to hunt.
this one condo that is for sale is really neat...it has 2 bds and 2 baths plus a covered walk way out to a glassed in gazebo that is heated and has a/c too in it. so it is like a 3 bedroom place....great views of the lake from there and from the other decks ...pools without the work of takeing care of them, club house with pool table and exercise rooms ....meeting rooms. covered parking and that goes into covered walkways into your place so you never have to be out in the weather when comeing and going. it just has a lot of good things about it. on the bad side is that you dont have the privacy there like here....there are always people around.
well enough of all of that. we are just thinking ....and if we couldnt get one of them with the extra outside room i dont think i would want it at all. in fact i know i wouldnt.
Not going to get as warm today as it has been being but isnt too bad....we only got down to 39 down here last night. and suppose to get down to that again tonight. I guess i will just leave all my plants in the green house for a couple of days. no sence in putting them in and out. will open the windows and door and turn the fan on big time to circulate the air. ...they will be ok....will take the tomato and pepper plants off the top shelves so they wont get burnt.
we got the tomato tums ready to plant in. and if i can find a package of lightweight clean plastic will go ahead and plant them and will have the plastic i can drape over them if we have more days and nights that they need covered....if it gets below 50 on tomato plants it stunts them so no need to put them out unless you can provide the heat for them if needed.
they might not freeze at 39 but they will be stunted and you wont have tomatoes on them like you would have if they didnt have that temps....so i will probably just wait till i know like the first week in May..and even then it is a crap shoot lol

well i let you all in on what we have been thinking about and all ...dont know if we can even sell this place or not or for what ....if we cant get enough out of it to be able to buy again free and clear we couldnt do it anyway ...so just in the thinking stage right now anyway...

post away , what are you all up to today that it is colder and not going to be warm enough to sun ourselves lol ..i have to work again tonight. hopefully it wont be as bad on me...last night i had to push that big ole med cart around giving meds. boy i just couldnt do that if i had to do it five days a weeks for sure.

Jan, the condo sound wonderful, but you couldn't have your chickens.  I would love to live on a lake although I don't swim.

Supposed to be sunny for the next several days.  Very chilly yesterday and this morning but the sun is out.

The gym where I have a membership has a dance class on Saturday morning so I'm thinking about joining that.  Exercise is the toughest thing for me to do.  Never have done my walking DVDs I've had for a couple months. 

Not much going on here.  Glad tomorrow is Friday. 

we live on a lake now and i dont swim in the lake....cant see what is down there lol ...i have to be able to see my feet and also to keep them on the bottom...
I like pools but i dont swim in them i do more exercise than swim lol ....so with the condos they have 3 pools and i could have my pool without having to take care of it.
Exercise for me is hard to keep up too. I do great if i have some others to do it with and that keep me accountable but without it i cant and wont keep doing it. So hopefully if we did move to the condos i could get some ladies to keep me accountable with the pool exercise. ...
i have the walking dvds and to me they are just plain boreing lol ....i guess i expect exercise to be fun ? what a concept.
