Thank you so much Jan.  Always read your posts and have been very inspired.  Thanks for
your support to me and everyone else.  My 67th Birthday is is Tuesday and I couldn't
think of a better gift to myself that getting healthy.  I feel so goo.

thank you so much.  what would we do without all the great comments from others who have
been there.  I still have 115 to go and I feel  it will go much slower but this will give me
the UMPH!!!!!!! to hang in  there.Run with your plan and you'll have

I'm just following in your footsteps.  Indeed I do feel better and we're all blessed that someone
discovered a way out.  I had so many COMorbities that I really felt that death was eminent and
was very depressed. My PCP had this same surgery in 2005 and she encouraged me to
take the chance.  She is also great support that I wish everyone had.
