WHATS HAPPENING

Yesterday was the knee doctors appointment....went pretty good i think....first he took an xray of just my knees and from looking at that it didnt show anything really wrong but he was in the hall way watching me walk back when i went back to the room after the knee xray and saw how i walk...and he looked at it and then said you know what lets get an xray of your whole leg and see how it is linning up the top part with the bottom part....oh my what a difference. he looked at it and his face just fell. sort of muttered to himself and then turned to me and said well it looks like something happened here dont know what, He never admitted that it might have been him he said sometimes the ligaments dont work after surgery that holds the leg up straight. I ask him that if we went in and did surgery again what would he do that would make it hold up straight? he said he would have to study up on that and see. He said he didnt know if he would have to take the whole knee replacement out and put in another one or if he could just repair that one.
Not sure what to do about it really....Maybe i need to get all my papers from the hospital and see a lawyer first and see what they say....if i go that route i know i wouldnt let him do the surgery the second time would have to find someone else.....maybe the surgeon that did my first knee surgery?
I know i will go to another surgeon for another consult. Even he suggested i do that to see what they have to say....
So i will be making another appointment with another surgeon...soon.
will go from there i guess. Need to call the hospital and see about getting my papers from them too.

we were suppose to go on a bike ride last night but we didnt get home from Springfield untill 430 and the ride was meeting up at 5:30 in Hollister and we were tired so didnt go.

Got home and worked in the yard some ....got lots to do today and all this week is suppose to be pretty....well March 1st came in sunny but real windy and cold...and today is the last of March and is going out beautiful so i guess the saying March in like a lion our like a lamb stands true once again lol .


SUSYALBA::::: look under my name at the web site that is down there and you can go and see some pictures of last years flowers. will have more this year im sure. just havent gotten started on them yet. today will be weeding and putting down Preen so wont have to weed so much anynmore.
Oh about the Surgeon charging me he hasnt and i dont think he has even sent it into Medicare i havent seen it on any of the statements i have gotten...


JO::::: hey tell your hubby this is a cheap thing he can try with the rabbitts....doesnt work for me because i would have to have way way to much....go to barber shop and or beauty shops and getto their hair cuttings. spread it around the plants....suppose to work.  you can also mix up your own rabbit deterant...with rotten eggs and go get at sporting goods stores some blood from foxes or cyottees and mix it and spread it. but it really stinks. ....i know sounds yucky and it is.
Suprised me who was in the bottom two but they both deserved to be there but maybe not right this first week...i thought the bottom two would be Buzz and Kate. I like both of them but they neither one can dance for sure. Buzz because he is old and never learned to dance younger and Kate is just awarkard...she might get better but will never be great.
I think the best is the girl with Derek...


BEC::::So had Jo ever brought another boy home before? she hasnt said anything more about him being special or anything? i would be chomping at the bits to find out about him if she were my daughter lol ...but that is me .
Clematis and baloon flowers what a pretty combination. are your baloon flowers blue? i have no problems with either one of them coming back each year. So did Paul fence in the garden too?
at least you shouldnt have any problems with the neighbor hood dogs messing in your yard now do you?
I can just see you all about 10 years from now having 20 cows that you cant kill for meat lol.
Weather is going to be great here for the next week so i have got to get busy and get weeds out of flower beds and spread my preen so i dont have to do so much of it anymore.

Hi Jan, hope you get a better answer drom the next doc...if not maybe you'll have to see a lawyer if only to protect yourself, sounds like he screwed up somewhere for sure. If you go to the medicare website, you can set up a user acct. and see all of your records, hospital, dr chg's everything in detail...thaty's how I found out about my doc. I feel like I should report him , but I can't decide if what he did was illegal or just unethical...anyhow have a great day and i'll be sure to check out your pretty pictures

i think he screwed up too. he was sure mumbling to himself when he saw the full leg x rays.  I have the medicare website set up and he for sure hasnt charged even medicare for this so that tells me something i think...

 

Hello everyone it sure is pretty outside already.up to 67 degress.supposed to reach 70 here today.the sun and the fresh air feel's soo good.we have the window's open at the moment.
hard to believe tomorrow is april first already.march just flew by soo fast.

jan hope you get some answer's about your knee soon.we know you are happy with this weather you can play in the dirt.lol.
work was busy as alawy's last night.still a lot of people sick.we had 2 go out yesterday because they have been soo sick.hope they get to come back soon.i am off thursday and friday see ya some time next week when you work again.

jeanie your surgery date is getting closer.we know you are really excited.we are happy for you.

jo hope you all get your problem fixed with the rabbit's.it is a lot of hard work to plant all the thing's you did to have rabbit's eat it.

Susan i am working Friday and then Sunday....yep im happy as a clam playing in the dirt. I have been moving my tomatoe plants outside off and on trying to get them hardened off. shouldnt be to long before i can plant them outside for sure...

Well, Jan, at least the doctor recognizes there is a problem, just doesn't want to admit it could be his wrongdoing.  Too bad you will have to go thru another surgery.  You definitely need a second opinion.

I took a walk around the block at lunch and it's just beautiful out. 

Those darn rabbits have about destroyed our burning bushes.  We have a lot of squirrels too.  I'll tell Max about your remedies.  You know I'm not about to be mixing up anything to do with outdoor work...LOL  Last year I did sprinkle red pepper on some things.

I'm off Friday and Monday.  Hope to get some sewing done.  I ordered a Honeybaked Ham and I'm having my SD's family over Sunday evening for dinner.  I've promosed Max I will keep it simple and not cook all day Sunday.  My GD's birthday is Friday so I'm going to make something I can put candles on that I can eat.  I'm thinking of a cheesecake made with Splenda. 

I was shocked at DWTS.  Buzz probably has a lot of people voting for him just because he's a nice guy.  Kate needs to go.  She's a whiner and absolutely can't dance.  Pamela can dance but I don't vote for her.  It really is a popularity thing.

well i have to work Easter sunday. that is ok cause im takiing off on the next week end and going to Ok. with my sister to the Azalea festival. will be fun.
all of my family allready have plans for Easter so nothing good there...Joe and George will go fishing and im going to put a ham on before i go to wokr and by the time they get back it will be ready.

any it is some weird ritual for the getting rid of rabitts. tell your husband that it might be easier to buy a cage trap and catch them when you get one then you can take it away into the woods. lol

 I saw 84 degrees on a thermometer today. I love it. Tomorrow is supposed to be the same or better and I only work half a day. Only one problem.............MY GRASS IS GROWING.

it was 88 here today and yes our grass is growing too...I told Joe today that he needs to mow like tomorrow. and along with the grass is the weeds yuck.
