WHATS HAPPENING MONDAY

To everyone this morning !!! it is suppose to be sunny today and for several days...we will see what it really does lol . never know around here but just the thought of sunny weather makes me feel better.

Got a phone call from my daughter last night the one that moved to San Antonio and they had found a small place to live in for right now. She said it would do till they got the money together to get into a bigger place but that they might not anyway at least they wouldnt have to be so stressed about the bills and stuff , it is all bills paid and furnished so they wouldnt have to worry about  buying anything right now either. we will see she likes a pretty house ..I hope everything works out for them ..

I have to work today but an off tomorrow and if it isnt raining tomorrow i am planting some things ...they should already be in the ground but .....

I need to call my orthopedic surgeon and make an appointment to see him about this knee he did. the knee is ok but my leg is so crooked that it is making me walk on the side of my foot more and more. and is causing the hip on the other side to hurt. if he insists that it is ok then im going to find a lawyer and see what he says. I just sure do hate to have knee surgery again but that is what i am going to have to do it looks like. yikes. i hate that .

well going to get this posted and get busy on my day, need to take something out for the guys for supper. and get some laundry done, etc etc general stuff that needs to be done ...
talk to you all later.     .

I survived another 13" snowfall. Kept warm and snugly.

Susan, Baby if just fine. She is spoiled rotten. LOL....she really thinks she is human. LOL

I am getting more energy with the infusions. They are expensive, $3,000 each, we have a $350.00 deductible. I have one a month for the next three months and then they will do labs. We will see.

Probably will see you sometime this summer.

wow B arbara, are you getting Iron infusions? that is really expensive arent you glad that you only have to pay the 350 for them instead of 3000 ...didnt know you were having problems with your iron. but it sure will make you feel tired if you dont have enough....are you taking lots of vit c too. C helps the iron do its job...
are you feeling ok otherwise? have you healed up well from your plastic surgery?

Susan what can i say , you really know me lol. I guess i have never quite grown up , still liking playing in  the dirt. lol...nothing feels as good to me as digging and planting things. guess i have a green thumb but most of the time it is too dirty to tell what color it is ...cant wait to have some good fresh veggies again. If you all are out any where and see canning jars at a garage sale or anything and they are cheap buy them and i will pay you back. i am thinking i am going to do a lot of canning this year and see how that goes.
wow i cant believe how much better the food is looking that is being served out of the kitchen now since your boss was given the boot ...the residents really liked the squash casserole tonight.

Sunshine and a lot of the snow melted yesterday.  I have no interest, as you all know, in working outside, but sitting on the deck with a book and glass of iced tea sounds great.

Jan, where is the support group meeting?  We planned to stay in your guest house but if we can get a room with tickets to shows for less than the price of the tickets, we will do that and not impose on you.

Yesterday I stuck with protein drinks all day then had a French Onion Burger and zuchinni.  It really does curb those carb cravings.  About 9:00 every night Max likes to have a snack so I think I need one too.  I decided 9:00 is too late for me to be eating so I'm moving snack time to between 8:00 and 8:30.  Last night I had a half cup of Greek yogurt with some berry sauce.  You cook 2 cups of berries and 1/2 cup of Splenda.  Mash the berries.  It's delicious on the yogurt.  Looks like an ice cream sundae.

I'm putting all my WLS recipes on index cards and keeping the box on the counter.  I got a lot of 5 Minute Cake recpies from BE.  They have great recipes at bariactriceating.com.

That mirror in the dressing room at KMart brought back old memories.  Even my hair looked a strange color so I'm thinking the mirror wasn't showing the true picture or at least I hope it wasn't.  I really do need some plastic according to that mirror.  It did get me thinking to get back on the straight and narrow.  The KMart Jacquelyn Smith line seems to run small.

Jo the support group meeting is in the library center on South Campbell ,,,in meeting room A...the first door on the left as you go into the building.
i will have to look the addres s up . ..if i dont give it to you in the next day or so pop me on the head to remind me ok>>>
I have gotten to where i will do at least one day a week with only protein drinks...to me that is so much easier than trying to come up with meals. wish i could talk Joe into doing that too lol ...i can just see that. but then again. he would do it and lose about 10 pounds darn men...i could do it all week and wouldnt lose 10 pounds ,
Ive got a lot of my weight loss recipes in a little photo book. they are just the right size to hold a recipe card. and i keep them clean that way..
I sure am hoping to get a face lift first and foremost on the plastics. I dont look like i feel. i feel about 40 at the most and i look 80 no fair lol
Yes i think J. Smiths line does run small  too.
