WHATS HAPPENING SATURDAY THE 20TH?

 Baldknobbers has a deal one night and two tickets for 99 add a night for 49 plus taxes of course.

Jo with the weather the way it is acting those azaleas may be in your house till july...and the same with wearing spring clothes.  I would just like to know where this green house effect is suppose to be. it sure isnt around here is it?
i cant tell you anything about any of the shows in Branson or Steal your dollar city (that is what my hubby calls it) we just dont go to Branson anymore than we just have to.

i talked to my brother who lives in ironton and he said they did not have any rain at all yet today and the sun was out soo pretty.i told him to send some our way.lol.

andy and i had to go to walmart this afternoon to get some stuff for my dad and it was a mad house there.it was wall to wall people you could hardly move around in there.

jo sorry to hear you got snow again but you do not have to share it with us.lol.this is supposed to be the first day of spring not winter.

connie i have not had any pickled beet's since my surgery.i will have to make some again.my mom used to make them all the time and pickled eggd too.

jan look's like they were already working you hard when we saw you this afternoon.

i need to ask you jan what size capri's you wear.i have several pair's here some have the tags on yet.they are really nice looking.my friend from tulsa gave them to me when we saw her in dec and they are too big for me.there are a few elastic waist pair and the rest of them are a zipper and a button.if you can let me know tomorrow or monday morning i will bring them to work with me and give them to you before i leave work monday night.

Susan i wear size 10 in everything, whether it has elastic waist or zippered and buttoned...that is what i wear in jeans or dress pants or scrubs or anything...so i guess im a solid 10 lol wi**** was an 8 but it isnt and unless i can get all the excess skin taken off will probably never be. if you have any that size i would appreciate them as i wear them all summer long .

We have about 8-9 inches of snow and it's almost a white out here. I am about 10 miles west of Harrisonville. Hubby is working keeping the state roads clear. He's in the last hour of his 12 hour shift and I am sure he will work another 12 tomorrow. So much for week ends. I have been keeping the wood stove cooking today so it will be warm for him to come home to. I made him swiss steak, mashed potatoes and green beans for dinner.

oh my that much snow...i hope we dont get it , just keep it ...sorry your hubby is having to work out in it.. is your wood stove your cook stove or your heating stove. I would love to try and cook on one i think,,probably would change my mind in the summer huh...that is the reason that they use to have the kitchen in a building all by itself ...

hey was going to ask you , did you go down in sizes when you had your tummy tuck?

My wood stove is for heating. No cooking on a wood stove for me either. LOL

Yes, I went from a medium elastic pant to a size 8 regular jean waist. It is so nice to pull up my pants and not have to tuck in that stomach. I am still amazed at the difference. Still catch myself looking down at my feet when I walk. LOL Silly isn't it? That seeing my feet when I look down is so fascinating. LOL

This is good movie watching weather! Been raining since I woke this morning..had a training until noon in Spfd then have relaxed the rest of the day...trying to let my body fight a cold. I've not had a bad cold in a long time but this one is no fun!!!
My 11 yr old has been given a dx of chronic fever syndrome...anyone have any experience with this? She's missed 18 days of school in the last two months...not really any other symptoms that are troubling, just a fever that goes as high as 103 but is usually 100-102. We have gone through lots of lab tests and will do more in a month after keeping a detailed log of all symptoms, fever, etc...
I'm grateful we had no snow here today but, we are getting a freezing mixture now. My oldest is on her way back from a competition in StL on a bus...praying they have a SAFE trip!
