WHATS HAPPENING TUESDAY

Now today is Tuesday, yesterday i thought was Tuesday for some reason and had to keep reminding myself it was Monday lol ...didnt really matter because i couldnt get out and do anything anyway.
I just got so down and depressed yesterday because of the cloudy and cold weather. i was just pacing the floor all day. and then on top of that i ate all the wrong things and so last night i had a horrible night with my stomach hurting. well wasnt too bad what i ate just ate way too much of all of it.
Had ham and beans and they were good but ate way too much and oh my.....nothing seemed to help and im still having problems this morning. Hoping my moring cup of protein coffee will take care of it lol    i wonder if i will ever learn??? sometimes i think i must be the only one that is like this but then i read some of your email and i know im sure not .....so i tell my self what i tell everyone else. quit beating yourself up over something that has already happened...it cant be changed so go from here.

I didnt do much at all yesterday , i would try and go outside and i would about freeze to death so i stayed in and watched TV, now that is depressing in itself to me....daytime tv has always been horrible to me and having all the extra channels doesnt help it is just rerun horrible then. lol

Did get some plants in the mail yesterday , some hardy Geraniums, I have one that is huge and is blue , these are blue, pink, white, red and one is white and pink. So i opened them up and replanted them in bigger pots in the green house till i can get them in the ground outside.
and also i need to decide where i want them...and get the ground ready for them...they like to be in with a lot of gravel i guess for the drainage....

Sure sounds like everyone is getting appointments at KU to see about plastic surgery...wow
I would like to find out how much they would charge for a face lift....i think that would make me feel better than about anythihg...

got to get this posted as i have a lot to do this morning , i go to work this evening. hope they dont have me on the front hall meds. i dont know if my knee will take that today.

k mart had plenty of thera shoes yesterday.i do not know if they have them in a boot or not.

has anyone been watching the biggest loser?andy will tape it for me since i work today then we watch it togther when i get home from work.he does that for me with some other show's too.

anyone who uses the protien powder from walmart they still have it for 12.00 for the 2 pound container.the price was 15.98.they have the different flavor's.

Susan, I watch BL.  I enjoy seeing the change in Mark, the really big guy.  His personality is really coming out.  I think Jillian isn't quite as obnoxious as she has been, but I still don't like her.  Can't believe she has diet products on the market, some pills or something. 

i have to have joe record BL for me tonight too. i will try to get a tv at work somewhere on the American Idol so i can watch it in pieces. wish i could record it too and could but Joe and George couldn****ch anythihg tonight then lol dont think they would go for that besides NCIS is on and they like that as well as i do too.

hope to go to Kmart tomorrow and get some thera shoes.

 Good morning Missouri!  I am sitting here sipping some coffee before I head out to Columbia to take our eldest for yet another VA appt.  He filed for his VA disability and they gave him a paltry 20% and deferred on all the rest of his issues (which are the worst of his limitations) he cannot work so we are trying to see if they can set things up to get him rated on the deferrments.

Spoke to Betty last night ( SEE MY BETTY update)... she is hanging in there...

Well I have to cut this short...  I have to get out the door or we will be late... and I surely don't like being late if I can help it...

Everytime take care... it is kinda gloomy drippy outside...  blech... but I guess we can say that spring showers bring MAY FLOWERS !!!  right.....

Pixi i hope you will be able to get  your sons disability done right. our goverment...dont mind taking our young boys over there but then when something happens it is like pulling teeth to get them to fix them or help them...

oh im so disgusted with this weather. i get this way every year. so depressed that i cant get out side. yuck !!!!!!

Good Morning OH,  

Had a long day yesterday, wasn't feeling too good but we went to Springfield and got a short run. Made us a small lunch just tuna sandwiches and an orange. Made a protein shake and sipped it while I was driving, but by the time we got home was dealing with low blood sugar, so we made tacos for supper and went to bed.

I have a bad day now and then, but for the most part am feeling much better. Right now I'm waiting for St. John's to get here and set up DH's oxygen supplies. He doesn't have to have it on 24 hrs. like I do, just at night and while he's active. It's been hard for him got get used to the cannula in his nose, but I think he is getting it that the oxygen will help his heart not have to work so hard, and may keep him from having heart failure.

Jan~I get my days mixed up a lot, don't know why maybe it's got to do with the dreary, yucky weather. I couldn't get warm yesterday until we were back in our driveway, then I opened the window so I could get some freash air and wake up. This weather makes me want to sleep. I can't sleep though, my brain only lets me sleep at scheduled sleep times. That's OK cause I sure don't want to sleep my life away.

Susan~I think I'm gonna have to check out the There shoes at KMART, can't do it yet but maybe next week, I need some new shoes and we can't afford the ones I've been buying online. How long do the sales usually last?

I use the walmart protein and we shopped there yesterday, didn't need any but will check next time we go to SGF for work.

I don'****ch biggest loser, but then the only reality shows I watch are American Idol and Dancing with the stars. Sometimes I think I only watch TV for the make believe part of it.

Well, just got a call from St. John's, they will be here in about 30 minutes so need to close and clean up the area to put the concentrator. Hope everyone has a good day, be safe and stay warm.

Jeanie you wont be disapointed in the Thera Shoes. if it wasnt for those things i dont think, no i know i wouldnt be working at all. my back and legs dont hurt at all with wearing them. great shoes so i know they will quit making them one day soon. I hope to get to Kmart tomorrow or Thursday anyway and get a couple of pair of them.

Did your hubby get all set up on the O2? hope it really helps him a lot.

well days are going by , here it is the middle of March already..wont be long now.till your last meeting with Dr. before surgery.

Mimi ~ sorry you had a bad day yesterday I have sure had them myself. 

Well there will be no having to sing Loretta Lynn's famous song for me... I am half way to having my garage, Christmas and other work done out there... Crystal and I worked all day yesterday and made HUGE progress!  Boy do I feel like a load has been lifted off my shoulders already and we still have just as hard a day today but can I see progress!  Makes me feel good... and to boot Paul came home with a nice bonus this morning from his job!

Jo will be home this weekend and will be bringing a friend with her so I will have to get my house cleaned up and some menu's planned.  Still have lots and lots to do but seem to be on a roll so better get back to it... just wanted to pop in an say howdy...

My prayers are with Betty even though I don't really remember her I wish her the very best.

Praying for Debbie Darln's aunt as well... sounds like she has been thru so much too.

So glad to hear you won't be singing that song!  FYI, it's a Tammy Wynette song, not a Loretta Lynn one!  I KNOW my OLD country songs!  My Aunts used to sing all those old songs.  I still LOVE them!
